7:34 am
at. he had treatment for depression for a year and a half following a depress i have episode that occurred when he finish his training to fly their airplanes in 2009. france's leading pilots union is filing a lawsuit over violation of the french law requiring information about investigations to be kept secret, while the investigation is going on. the the lawsuit does in the specify who is being sued all 150 people on the plane of course were killed. there was nothing left of the airplane. >> we will talk more about that in a little bit. >> we need your opinion on this because whole country has been watching this a man record himself being pulled over by police. where did this happen. >> he said it is a example of racial profiling but a guy looking for trouble you will see temperament but you won't see vehicle registration because your traffic stop is
7:35 am
invalid. >> unaudible. >> you don't have the right to open my door so you are violating my constitutional right. >> you don't to have step out of the vehicle. >> for my safety and your vehicle and i'm requesting your supervisor now. >> his name is tony soto war trying to get a hold of him. tony, we want to you come in and tell us what was the point here. tony was pulled over in the 15th district as a matter of fact. police say it is because he had tinted windows and a broken headlights. he maintains that the lights were working and says he has a permit for the the tinted windows. he posted these clips on line. he said to show what minorities encounter. police saw something completely different. when they viewed this tape. >> well, tremendous amount of restraint by the the officer. they are standing in the rain encountering someone trying to get them into an altercation beyond just a car stop. what would have been a 22nd car stop of getting this
7:36 am
person information making sure everything was accurate and allowing that person giving them a warning about the tinted, and turn into a situation that didn't need it to be. >> i want people to see that police misconduct and police brutality is real, it happens. if i wouldn't have had the sense to record when he opened my door and he seen i was recording i could have ended upbeat even, or shot. >> so this guy tony there has filed a complaint with the civilian review board. >> your cell phonies making you look bad. >> the type of cell phone i have. >> any kind of cell phone you are getting wrinkles, acne yeah you might get acne using a phone. doctor mike has another subject. your sponge in your kitchen and your towels, your dish towel, that you dry dishes off work it could be killing you. well, that is maybe over stating it but you have to

back to this story about the crashed airplane and this guy. we have more details now. so as you know the plane crashed in the french alps. investigators went into his home, brought his computer out as you can see here. now german prosecutors are saying they are indications that the germanwings co pilot hid his illness, his depression from employers. they also say that there is in evidence of political or religious findings did he do this for political reasons. they think no. religious reason. they think not. they think he was upset over a girl friend he broke up with. >> we are talking about the illness. but they say he had an illness as he was trying to finishing his training in 2009. >> that was back in 2009 a long time ago. but they have in record of this. >> it is ordinary record he had to leave the training to deal with his depression but i
7:41 am
think he was working for lufthansa then the mother ship of the germanwings airline. we will get the in to that. they also said there was in suicide note. he didn't take responsibility in any manner for doing what he did. all right. so, we got the to thinking, there has been some airplane incidents lately especially this year but still people say it is most safe form of travel. so quincy went over to the train station are people thinking about taking a train over an airplane these days? quincy? >> yes, a lot of people going in and out. i have talk to a couple people. people still seem unwaiver about taking a train over a plane but we will talk to a couple people coming up next at 30th street station. >> so tonight you have to come to this party. we have a couple tickets left. tickets are running out. this is called the party. i host this every year with my
