hitting him in the leg. what was happening here before this all happened. >> reporter: that is still a question because they have got a call there was a shooting before this happened and they found two spent shell casing is where that call came from. when they got there there was a big crowd where shell casings were. look at what they eventually saw. one of the guys carrying this gun. the this is a fully loaded semiautomatic glock capable of firing 31 shots in under ten seconds. they didn't know it at the time but he has this gun in his hand and another fully loaded revolver talked in his waist band. why he ran may be just because he had guns or maybe because he just fired guns and shot somebody, they don't know. either way they were going to get that guy because he was running right toward the frank for transportation center and that news will give septa police a real headache wondering if somebody like this can get on the train no metal detectors for buses or trains. the these are people that possibly are riding septa this
