a man dead inside of this house. but this started, what, yesterday evening? jenny, about 8:30? >> it started yesterday around 7:45, the fire was put out, within an hour, and the man's body wasn't found until at some point after midnight, because fire officials say there was so much stuff inside, skyfox was over the scene of the 6600 block of point pleasant pike in plumbstead township. 7:45, heavy smoke, fire, shooting out of the back of the home. fire crews battled the fire for about an hour, but they say they didn't discover the man's body until later. fifty-eight year old was eventually found on the first floor, in addition to personal belongings, the back of the home also collapsed making it difficult for firefighters to navigate. the property. >> a lot of things in the house, so the fire, had tremendous head start, so we

yesterday, the jury was shown pictures of the four people killed in the bombing. as well as a photo of tsarnaev dzhokhar giving the finger to the security camera, in his jail cell. prosecutors called tsarnaev's america's the worse nightmare, said the picture shows he remains just un moved by his actions. tsarnaev convicted of all 30 charges against him, that was earlier this month. now the same jurors are trying to reach unanimous or must reach unanimous decision if tsarnaev is to receive the death penalty, sentencing could take about a month. >> well, blue bell, that company, blue bell, says investigators are close to pinpointing what caused product contain nation at their plant. that is in the state of texas. cdc now links ten illnesses to the company's recall. three people died in a kansas hospital. they were using blue bell products in a hospital. blue bell pulled not only the ice cream, but all of its products off store shelves monday, because of listeria, that bacteria was found.

it is really not until later on this afternoon, that we see it, touching offer few thunderstorms, and a lot chillier, behind it. even chillier than it is right now. so, chilly, that temperatures are cold enough for frozen precipitation, in northwestern pennsylvania, and western new york, but we don't, again, don't see this happening around here, the thunderstorms, anyway, until later on this afternoon. having said that, just stray shower, well ahead of the front, out beyond berks county, in deer lake. that's all we can finds right now. let's look at future temperatures, and future precipitation. we should reach high of 67 degrees, by lunchtime, by 12:00 noon, that's early high temperature. because here comes the thunderstorms. any time after 3:00 p.m., some of them could be strong to severe. remember what happened the other day with the thunderstorms, firing up? it could get kind of loud around here. then temperatures will drop. so if you have phillies tickets for tonight, you should be okay for the game. heavy rain should be out of here. but temperatures will be in the 50's, and dropping.

it's a money maker. i mean, i just feel like our children are paying the price for these high stakes tests and their teachers are stressed out about it. so, teachers aren't benefiting. they're not getting information from these tests that are helpful for teaching. kids aren't benefiting because they don't even know what they got right or wrong. they just know that they feel really bad about it. parents aren't benefitting because i don't get any more information about my child. so the only people that could possibly be benefitting from this are corporations who are making the tests and selling the tests.
