guard, they are quick to point out that city is not under marshall law. just 5,000 troops to help out. they want another 5,000 local law enforcement officers from anywhere they can get them including philadelphia. we don't know whether the philly has agreed to assign officers or ask officers to volunteer for extra dangerous duty down in baltimore because you can bet the 6600 men and women here would be doing all they can to help out their brothers down in baltimore because they know baltimore officers would come up here in a moment if asked here. so every officer, told about that threat to quote take out a law enforcement officer. in fact richard ross told our dave schratwieser last night that every officer that was reporting for duty at roll call, everyone got an e-mail or text warning them about that threat to stay on high alert. >> i'm extremely disappointed in what has happened in this beautiful city tonight.
7:09 am
i'm disappointed in the fact that the damage has been done to these communities. i'm difficulties a appoint that had we could not be more response iible and embarrassment that we have nationwide in our community. this is not protesting. this is not your first amendment right. these are criminal acts doing damage to a community that is challenged that do not need this and do not need to be harmed in the ways we have today. lie forward to having more support coming tomorrow from around the region and put out calls to washington d.c., philadelphia we have to get to the the state to get those numbers up but you we are numbers coming so we are looking forward to that support. >> this is scary stuff. >> whenever you have an alert like that, that this is a credible threat, you you have to be careful with that information. >> reporter: thirty-five additional arrests yesterday during riots, 35 arrested in baltimore sat the day after protest there. we have learned that one of the 35 arrested saturday was from here in fail, or they

7:12 am
>> opponent of gay marriage have been demonstrating outside u.s. capitol because so much is at stake for both side. the the court will to have address two questions: states already have the the right to allow gay marriage and 36 now do but can other states? in this case kentucky, michigan, ohio and tennessee decided to ban it. should all states become pulled to recollect night gay marriages performed in another state. >> the supreme court has said over and offer again that state or federal government cannot use the democratic process to write in equality into the law. that is not how it works. >> reporter: supporters think momentum and public opinion is on their side here. all eyes will be on justin anthony kennedy who wrote the court's opinion striking down federal defense of marriage act in 2013 but opponent of gay marriage point out that part of the kennedy's reasoning in that decision defending states that allow
7:13 am
gay marriage could help them with this one. >> he said some of the states redefine marriage and federal government needed to recognize those states definitions. you cannot then use that argument to say states don't have have the the authority to define marriage accurately. >> reporter: we will see how argument goes. we will come back out live outside the supreme court. look down the sidewalk there. all of those people, waiting to get inside. some have of those people are professional place holders a and they have been out here, throughout the the course of the weekend even because is there so much interest, in this what will be a a historic day. a lot of media coverage for this, for sure. all right. we have some breaking news. >> this his in east hampton burlington county, sky fox is over a home, on the 1100 block of smithville road. it looks like the fire is out but you can see the damage to this home. we are hearing reports that someone may have been pulled from this home but we're working to confirm that.

facts. interview witnesses. look at the the medical reports and then man make a decision as to what they did or didn't do. i think that is what was wrong with all of these cases, we're not getting the whole story before the decision is made. obviously there have been a couple cases where the officer shooting the individual, i mean the other one with the taser and with his gun. he is locked up. >> he is in the the bohamas actually. >> but he got locked up. >> he went in the police van. when he came out there was a difference. >> and then he died. >> but when i look at the video i see him already suffering significant injury, when taking him from the treat to the van. if you notice he cannot put his feet down which would indicate to me that the trauma that he suffered had already occurred in my opinion. >> from running from the
7:36 am
police. >> from running from the police or whatever. what happened when the police caught him, i don't know. >> that is what i thought as soon as i saw mr. gray and he could not walk he was being carried. >> dragged. >> that indicated that something was wrong already without even getting in good there is accusations of a nickel ride. >> there could be, i don't know. >> they say they will have their fine goes done by friday. >> well, that would be their findings and then department of justice will come in and then grand jury and they will do their thing and it goes on and on. >> at least we can have an update. >> always good to see you. >> thank you. >> you do a great job. >> love that weekend show. >> coming up, quincy, believe it or not is doing something called aerial yoga. >> is he in a cacoon. >> yeah, i'm in center of longevity in lansdale. how you can this help you get
