family plans on suing the somerset county prosecutor's office from what they say was a botched investigation into there parents deaths. arrested minutes after he returned to his parents house on the morning of september 282014 when they died. police have searched his car and found crack cocaine, a scale, and baggies. arrested 12 of the charges were later dropped. now the dropped. now the case is on its way to another jurisdiction where it's status remains unclear. this cases have more twists and turns than you can believe. i believe. i have an audit from the beginning. the mystery still exists. prosecutors have said it was a murder suicide. the family points out that they made that conclusion literally minutes after arriving on scene.
