sometimes it is easier, you know, become more comfortable and we will do it n this case it backfired. she could have had her life saved if the tools that were required, people that were needed in the room with her. >> so how do you ever get over that? i don't think you ever can the the rest of your life, doctor oz? how has she been dealing witt. >> she spent nine months coping with this. there is a deeper message here. she went to the award. her mother spoke at the graduation. i spoke at wharton graduation as well. i understand. that mom made fun of the fact that there was all this hoopla but in the end big struggles in life is when we don't have a a home to go back to. when you lose one parent, and her father committed you side which scared melissa and jonas well, you lose your parent but you don't lose your home. when you lose your second parent there is no one else. now you are truly on your own in life. that is a right of passage we all can identify with.

fines coming in the city because the city does, even though they don't run parking authority which is here at ninth and filbert, they do get a big cut of the fines. what the city does with that cut of the fines they give a couple slices of the pie to the philadelphia school district and it adds up to 10 million in the parking fines and fees. because the parking authority wants to start this new application on your smart phone where it will first send you a text and saying time running out on the meter and spot you better do something fast. move the car or add time to it which you can also do with this app, without even leaving your favorite restaurant, or your favorite boutique, you can just click on your phone and add time tour parking spot and then you won't get a ticket. but the the city doesn't really like that idea as much as everybody else because city is worried it will not get all of the fines. they want to know what the effect will be. vince finnerty, leader of the parking authority for quite sometime now, say it is

revenue neutral. if you are at a six hour minimum and still want to add time, you can. but rate for hour seven, eight and so on will be higher. not as much as a ticket but it will be worth so much to the city, that it will make it revenue neutral. it will make up for the loss, english way for saying they will make up for loss of fines that will be taken in. thinks it is good idea. he wants to make it easier for anybody. anybody who has a business in center city would be happy with that because it won't scar away people who either shop or eat who worry about getting parking tickets and run out and show us like the the guy behind us. he will never come here again after getting two tickets on one windshield. i'm wondering if he will get a third ticket soon. >> we will let you know if he does. >> is that a p pa guy right behind you. >> yeah. >> they got this thing. we're talking to these guys off the record because they cannot speak because they are not authorized to speak but they don't think this will work because they are
