right here near blue route 476. we have an accident for you, just north of the blue route, 476, northbound, i-95, is there your fox cast coming through again and there is the accident scene here. it is taking out the two right lanes. this is just north of the 476 interchange. we have someone injured here. they are working on him over here on the shoulder. they have rescue squad here. northbound this morning this is causing delays not only on i-95. we are bumper to bumper from the commodore barry bridge ramps all the way up to the accident scene, and it is also causing a delay south on the blue route 476, from the west chester pike on down. so problems there, in delaware county. no problem here north on the freeway, we have a third accident this morning for gang coming in toward philadelphia, the crash at lower landing road, an accident north on 295 at the route 47. we have had to deal with some fog out there as well this morning. fire location in kensington

avenue at willard in the neighborhood. because of that fog, i mean that mike had mentioned we are looking at 35 minute delays at philly international. heading down to the airport just check with the airline before you put those bags in the trunk. otherwise mass transit looks good with no delays. >> bob, we have more information about that fire we were just talking about in kensington. >> we now know at least three people were taken to the hospital after the apartment fire there. this is on kensington avenue and east willard street. there is still fire crews on the scene there working on the roof. we have a crew on the way there. steve keeley will have a live report in just a few minutes. >> i think that is shot from his camera person right there. maybe widen out, we will do that in a second. developing right now new details about the fire, in the apartment complex in east windsor, new jersey. >> many fires for sure overnight. so some guy had to jump out of the second floor window. twenty people displaced. jenny, what else do you know

in mercer county. >> reporter: well, guy that had to jump from that second story window we are hearing that fire started in his apartment. he is still in the hospital. his condition is not yet known. a a fire fighter was also hurt but since been released from the hospital. video from virginia sals czar shows fast moving flames moving through building a of the windsor castle complex on devonshire drive-in east windsor township. it happened after 2:00. the building is now condemned. eight of the 16 apartments are destroyed. we talked to one witness who lived across the street and heard screams and ran outside. he and several neighbors were woken up by the fire. we talk to the victim who said it was a scary morning. her mom woke her up frantically and they are devastate todd see that their home has been destroyed. >> we seen everything. and then, like at the end, everything was gone. oh, my god, my heart. i don't know, i don't know

what will happen. i feel so bad . i don't know, i feel like they lost everything. who wouldn't be hurt if you lost everything. that is everything they have. >> we pulled up 2:30 in the morning to find fire in the middle unit of the 16 unit building. we had a total of eight units lost in the fire and eight that we saved. we had one civilian injury, one civilian jumped from the second floor window and was taken to the hospital. he was admitted. we have one fire fighter injured with the foot injury and he was taken to the hospital and he has been since released. and now we have, some second viewer video from anthony miles capturing the flames that spread, again after 2:00 o'clock this morning. why we still don't know, the fire chief says the the causes being investigated. at this point it does not appear to be suspicious, mike and alex. >> thank you. how did you spend mothers day? do you want to see what mothers day looked like in

portions of darby boro. police hunting for a man who opened fire in the street during a brawl, on the street, yesterday afternoon. >> so this is cell phone video of that fight between a group of men and women. thinks third and green way street. some armed with baseball bats. police say this man in the black shirt and cargo shorts pulled a gun from the pocket and fired six shots. no one was hit but bullet struck a home. family was grateful, that home, they were grateful outside celebrating mothers day when the the bullets came through the window. >> i'm just thankful no one was here at the time and very blessed no one got injured. we got the children and we took them back down the street and told them to go in the house. i went around the rest of the block. i told everybody to go in the house until it was safe. >> what was the fight over? i bet you when we come and when detective are done and we finally get to the end of this and we make all of the arrests, we will find out this was some ridiculous thing that

they were fighting over. we will go back and we will regroup and if i have to double the patrols or triple the patrols, this isn't going to happen. we will just start checking on everybody. >> on mothers day some mothers made sure their children were safe what a way to spend it. four people were arrested following the fight. woman recording the fight was attacked but she's expected to be okay. >> she was videotaping with her cell phone some one came over and cold cocked her right in the face. she was videotaping it. philadelphia police are investigating a homicide after a man is found shot on the street last night. the 23 year-old suffered one bullet wound in the torso in the 6,000 block of colgate. the victim was taken to the hospital and died a few minutes later around 9:30 p.m. so far no arrests have been made. is there several shootings that happened over the weekend near south street. >> yeah, people say, that two teenagers, they think that they are age 16 and 17, they were hit in the leg. they were hit by gunfire during an argument. the it happened at ninth and

south street, early sunday morning. this is saturday night into sunday. both victims are in stable condition. authorities are looking, of course, for the the gun man. been an hour later after that shooting more gunfire, wounded a 19 year-old man in the leg, nearby, the gun man has not been caught. both shootings appeared to be related to arguments that started in other parts of the city, this was just off of south street over on bainbridge. an autopsy is scheduled for today to determine the cause of the death of a one year-old boy that police say was thrown in the river by his mother. we told but this story last week. we have now learned that the child died on saturday. authorities say that his 19 year-old mother pushed the child over the railing of the bridge in allentown, into the lehigh river last week before, jumping in herself. rescuers found the boy about 700-yard, downstream, the the mother was charged with attempted homicide and now district attorney plans to hold a news conference to update the case now that we have learn that the child has died. likely murder charges. murder charges instead of

comes through and it is behind the cold front that the air is so chill that i in north and south dakota we are seeing some snow this morning a lot going on. that strong cold front and, of course, the tropical storm. we will light all on ultimate doppler radar. we've got severe thunderstorms in missouri and arkansas this morning. we will see all that red there on ultimate doppler radar and then we will see white in parts of the colorado and a accumulating snow in north and south dakota and just north of international the falls. now we will go down to the the coast and we will see ana the tropical storm that turned into a tropical depression which is what we have right now. it is in north carolina. as that moves off shore we will see a little bit of moisture and some thunderstorms popping up but not until later on this afternoon in our area. it will be hit and mess. we will head into tuesday with the cold front and air

behind that cold front will make a difference later on in the week. probably mid week. we will feel springtime temperatures return. we had an issue of fog earlier and we still do in wilmington delaware, millville, new jersey where we had quarter mile visibility and quarter mile visibility in wildwood. just a couple foggy spots this morning. temperatures are mild, 70 in the city, 66 mount pocono. already 07 in reading pennsylvania. sixty-eight in dover. as we look at past seven days, warming trend, we have been in the 80's every day since thursday of last week. we will be jab today and tomorrow, pushing 90 degrees in some places, 87 should be the high tomorrow. before that cold front comes through. high of only 70 for wednesday but that is perfect for a spring fling because it will feel like spring in media, delaware county on wednesday in both morning and evening, and it stays more seasonable as we head into the weekend.

so is there your seven day forecast, bob kelly, is everybody behaving themselves this morning. >> not really. we have had a couple early morning accidents. latest one here some good news they have an extra lane opened, i-95 northbound just north of 476. in is in your way heading up towards philadelphia international. an accident with this right lane. we will go back a couple cameras. we are jammo, i-95 from pretty much route 322, heading northbound up past the commodore barry bridge up toward that accident scene. because of the location of the accident, it is also causing a backup here on the blue route southbound from the west chester pike, all the way down to i-95. so a domino effect there because of the location of that crash on i-95. then north on the 42 freeway, an accident at lower landing road. right on the on ramp. also some tire debris, all over the roadway, west on the pennsylvania turnpike right here near fort washington and that is actually slowing everybody down heading over

toward the valley forge interchange. as we showed from you camera in the neighborhood kensington avenue that fire location at willard street with kensington block, you want to use frankford avenue. southbound i-95 jammed from the betsy in through girard avenue. thirty-five minute delays at philly international the because of that early morning fog we had to deal w check with the airline before you head down to the airport and be ready for some delays. the delays on the schuykill here, between conshohocken and city avenue in and out of the center sit the eye but mass transit looking g alex, back over to you. coming up, high school principal is under fire this morning, what she said during a graduation that people were so offended they left, they emptied the the entire auditorium. but first taking advantage of the mistake airfares, you know, the once where that fairies dangerously cheap. it is about to get more complicated. you won't see that happening any more because hoist now cracking down on those ultra low prices.

west chester pike all the way down to i-95. coming in from new jersey, backup on the freeway north bound because of an earlier accident, lower landing, then we have our normal morning rush hour volume heading in towards the bellmawr interchange. delays on the turnpike, westbound on the pennsylvania turnpike, some tire debris in the area of the fort washington interchange. that fire location we will go their life in a moment kensington avenue at willard street with the fire crews on the scene, kensington avenue block, frankford avenue is the best bet and then 35 minute delays at philly international, we had early morning fog that set the the tone so check with the airport and your airline before you head down there. southbound i-95 jammo from the betsy through cottman down in toward girard avenue with the construction zone, mike and alex back over to you. you mentioned the fire in kensington. four people now have been injured. >> yeah, steve keeley is live with the details, steve.

>> reporter: whenever you you are told that st. christopher's hospital for children is involve, it tells you at least one or maybe more of the injured are little kid and they have small air mask and everything there to treat kid. there is another stretcher to our right. bob was just talking about the traffic. we are right underneath the el train at kensington and allegheny. you can make out the corner second floor there where the ladders are. that is the the three story apartment building where fire fighters tell us this fire was reported just as sun was coming up at 6:30 right under near the el tracks. we have been here for so many fires in 2015 already. thinks a combination of business and residential area. a lot of times we have businesses on the first floor and apartments in the up are floors. we are told by one of the residents who lives here that was watching this as it the start that had a man jumped out of the second floor window. she told me that two kids she saw taken away on stretchers
