bruce phillips, from southwest philadelphia, he works for amtrak as a dispatcher and suing his own employer right now. he was ride to go his job from philadelphia to new york city where he is a dispatcher and riding in new york in one of the trains, he was in the next to last train and he had severe injuries according to his lawsuit, brain trauma, concussion and spinal injuries. all that as search for answer as to why that train's engineer was speeding up in the minutes before the wreck before slowing down, going into this long curve around here as he was supposed to. >> forty-three seconds before the end off the recording, the train speed exceeded, 80 miles an hour. thirty-one seconds before the end off the recording, the train speed was going to 90 miles per hour, and 16 seconds before the end off the

bb king passed away last night, had had a good long life. what a great musician, what a guitar playing, playing lucille all the time, he died last night at his home in las vegas. bb king was 89 years old. lets get down to washington d.c. and chris wallace.
