7:31. it was one week ago tonight that a lot of lives changed, so many people on board, over 200 people on board that amtrak 188 that derailed right here in philadelphia. >> many are still recovering from their injuries. one of those passengers is lenny knobs, who was captured wearing i black pliers shirt and khaki shirts. they were taken by former pennsylvania a congressman patrick murphy. you can zoom in and see him right there. >> police officers trying to rescue him. you can tell he sees his tables he was in the cafe car which was about four cars back. >> yeah good badly, badly injured lenny was. >> he had broken ribs and also a fractured back. so some pretty serious injuries. >> he made national news because a few networks went into his hospital room, and interviewed him right there in the bed. he wases in bad shape. his four year-old son really worried about him and could not understand why his dad was not coming home. he got quite emotional during one of the interviews.

we are still looking live at what is left of this accident, that caused major delays this morning on the new jersey turnpike. this is what it is left of the tractor trail their caught fire, after a collision with another vehicle. it happened around 4:00 o'clock this morning on the northbound lanes. lets take a look at the what is left, there is the vehicle, that was, involved in the crash, and here's the driver's seat or is what left of it.

there is steering wheel that is left, of the cab, of the tractor trailer. so it is two tractor trailers, a vehicle and bus on the northbound lanes of the turnpike. lets go to the maps. all north bound lanes are closed between exits number one and exit number two on the northbound side of the turnpike. anyone that goes over the delaware memorial bridge into new jersey. the the only good thing it is an easy alternate pushing everybody north up to 95. good news, it is day number two full service here on the northeast corridor trenton line running with no delays looking good on amtrak all aboard there. the trenton line they are making all stops including north philadelphia station and an accident west on the pennsylvania turnpike, past the norristown interchange, and we're socked in with fog at the airport philadelphia looking at within hour delays, new york out of laguardia one hour and 40 minutes. check with your airlines. coming in on the bennie, sock with fog, headlights coming into philadelphia, you, will

a just released study shows alcohol consumption in the first four weeks of pregnancy can cause permanent changes in the brain. >> i don't think that is anything new, but doctor mike, how some people don't know they are even pregnant until three or four weeks in. >> that is what is so interesting about this particular study. it was in mice. but it is very concerning to me because what they found is in these mice, there were significant, long term, changes in the part of the brain called the hippo campus and the hippo campus was changed genetically and that can have long term effects. i don't know if we have a picture of the hippocampus but bottom line is, there it is, that is the part of the brain. do you see the little hippo camputs and that can have

northbound side. this is what is left, pulling out of the debris, the cargo out of the back of that tractor trailer, continuing to pour water on it. we have northbound lanes of the turnpike still closed between exits number one, and exit number two all traffic using i295. take a look at this accident here check this out, this vehicle is underneath the tractor trailer. this is at bottom of the i-95 off ramp from callowhill right at he can is and callowhill. anybody familiar with this this tractor trailer making the the right turn but somebody coming up second street wedged underneath. right underneath. this is one of those crazy intersections. i think about it when i go through it. you make a right hand turn from the center lane and this guy either runs the light and doesn't realize that the tractor trailer cannot make a right turn from the left side
