at westminster. she says that tex only had eyes for her. bill: what are people so concerned about? >> one individual asked why the journalist hadn't done a better job or why the woman had not been more forthcoming with the cause of death. my guess is that it was something simple and dog oriented like chasing his car or something. border collie's are high energy dogs. if they have nothing to do, they will drive you crazy. >> they are just going to sit there and stare at the stick and pick it up until you throw it. that is the game. >> that's a good grab. >> it is a fair western. when we asked was about humans who are being pushed too hard.

beachgoers. and on saturday night a fire started. as you can see the building is boarded up. the first thing that i noticed was the smell. matthew ellison has been an instructor here. >> we are all going through a range of emotions. it is devastating but in the same breath we understand that over the years here at the walls and the roots of this place are not just in the boards. >> i walked in there, some of the items from the surf shop or in there. and then we walked around back of the surf shop where you can see basically a yard of about nifty to 70 surfboards that were completely lost in the fire.

and then larry took me inside on the floor. it felt like i was walking through mud. larry said that that is actually burned and charred clothing. the investigation is still ongoing. they know that it originated near the office in the back where all of the electrical wires and you can be this evidence marker cannot tamper with things so they can figure out exactly where it started. >> you have to give the fire department a huge amount of credit that the stores on either side are intact. do you think that people are going to be impacted that much reign. >> as i am sitting here with the owner and a couple of employees, every person walking by and riding their bikes are calling them by their first names and they will not be broken. they are taking this very positively. they will continue to do surfing

lessons. they are going to clear it out and set up a temporary spot to work out of. >> i think even if it happened to there, it would be a big loss. you don't realize how expensive surf wards are. so to lose that many i am sure that that's devastating. bill: the week before memorial day could affect their whole season. >> you don't realize how much these little shops rely on the surfing community. it's a big culture here. bill: i didn't even think that it was that big of a deal in new jersey. >> it really is. >> it is sad to see it happen in my hometown. bill: tell them that we are eagerly anticipating the grand reopening and hopefully in time for next summer. in front of you is an ocean. so get a surf board and get out of there. bill: you are chasing a story that involves a reservoir that provides all of the drinking water to jerseys that he is.

some people are fishing in the end it controversy. >> after 9/11, security was tightened around the nation's water supply like this reservoir. fences were put around it and they employ security to do regular patrol to make sure that there is no mischief going on because we were afraid of terrorist threats. no time is more important than now since we have isis causing such problems and increasing our security threat levels. you can imagine my surprise when we saw a tweet about this reservoir that security is not a priority and a picture of people fishing in the reservoir. >> we received a picture of people illegally fishing in this jersey city city water supply. i came here to the reservoir to see if i could find anything like that happening. >> i went all the way around the reservoir. there are fences.

and this right here where there was no fence, this is where people were fishing. >> i have been fishing there since 1958. >> they said no permits are allowed for fishing in this area. >> there's homeland security going down here. >> the whole thing is fenced off and so far it is. i've been walking around and seeing it. but i guess there are missing links and i guess that doesn't keep people out. bill: before 9/11 fishermen and people were using the water no one cared and it wasn't a conversation about one person fishing in the reservoir and if

it would hurt the water supply. but now it's isis. >> i am most definitely not trespassing and yet i am right by the water. which this is, i guess, this is not protected. but yet it is still the jersey city water supply that is right there. bill: the question is what are they doing about it? >> the reservoir is not the only place for the water is going to be treated. we have systems and play going up to the top. >> i am getting myself ready for this helicopter.

i'm going to bring you my perspective. [inaudible] >> how am i supposed to get a man when my hair is messed up from the wind? [laughter] >> we are right here on the ship behind me is my good friend. he is like superman. >> there will be about 1800 u.s. servicemen and women participating this year. that is about 1000 servicemen and women on this ship. when i asked how many of those are women it's 20%. so that puts it at 800. that's 800 eligible bachelors on this ship.
