gasoline and the flames. but it was holding trash so pouring water on the burning wreckage here, also on the trash to make sure that it doesn't kick up again. even got the front ends loader from the turnpike out here, blocking that right lane. but looking at roughly 3-mile back up, already, on the westbound side. so let's go to the maps. here getting ready to step out the front door, your best bet again instead of heading west on the pennsylvania turnpike, the actual scene right here between 29 and downingtown, jump off at valley forge, and head south on 202, to the bypass, you'll pick up 100 get back on at downingtown, one on downingtown good to go, but the westbound side, that's tied up this morning. south on 95, starting to see that delay from cottman avenue, in toward the betsy, then the big jam into girard through the construction, schuylkill running slow pretty much kop through conshy into downtown, rush hour underway.

steve's at the round house. >> well, mike, one cop here at headquarters said you don't get much more violent demise than this. this is about as bad as it gets. a live one moment, then shot with 12 bullet and run over with four wheels a minute later. >> at least 12 shot were fired, found 12 spent shell casings, within inches, some feet from where the victim collapsed which is indication that he was the intended target. and also, it indicated he was shot from point blank range. we did find a nearby business in the area, it does have exterior surveillance cameras. so hopefully those cameras recorded something, that could help us with our investigation. right now, we do not have a motive for the shooting. but it is just a very unusual homicide for our shooting victim, after having been shot multiple times, he fell down

on girard avenue, and then, was run over by a 79 year old male, who had to be stopped by police, two blocks away, in that 79 year old male is in custody for drunk driving. >> another car that drove by inbetween the shooting, well, while that was going on, and the accused drunk driving running over the victim. that's cup ill driving by. one of the victims goes through the victim into their driver side door through front seat and just narrowly missions both of those people. so it could have been worse. this guy, who was pronounced dead for precisely at midnight as the clock struck 12 with the 12 bullet inside of him, he also had a loaded gun on him, along with crack cocaine, which may help police find the motive along with the surveillance camera that they had on the corner grocery thereon girard avenue. mike, alex being wondering how long it takes to fire 12 bullets from semiautomatic, less than one and a half second. not like this killer is standing over him very long to

what's left of the tractor trail their was engulfed in flames this morning. here's the deal. looking live at the westbound lanes of the pa turnpike. between route 29 and the downingtown interchange. there is what's left of the cab that caught fire. the concern now is that the load of the trailer is one of those tractor-trailers that hold trash. so, they are continuing to pour water, and foam, and also, host down the roadway, to get all of the gasoline and oil off of the road. so, the westbound lanes of the pennsylvania turnpike, every now and then, they let some traffic through, but now they have all lanes blocked again, so they can host down the road surface here, let's go to the maps, this is all taking place westbound, on the turnpike, between the 29 e-zpass, and the downingtown interchange. so, right now, again, all westbound lanes are closed, if you are headed out, there your best bet, jump off at valley forge, then take 202 south, to the bypass, and then north on
