8:03 am
chop is her over the scene, we'll take it, let's go for ride. here we go. skyfox over the scene there is accident, another tractor-trailer, involved in a crash here, this morning. i95 northbound, approaching route 320. that big rig one of three trucks involved in the crash this morning. that's causing major back up for anyone coming northbound this morning. coming out of delaware county trying to get up toward route 320, and maybe delayed trying to get to your flight there at philly international. live look at the schuylkill expressway, where we had accident, westbound, in the tunnels here, under 30th street station. and that back up against down at vare avenue, all coming inbound in toward philadelphia. so accident on 95, and the schuylkill, and medical emergency on septa's trolley lines, in the tunnels, so all of the subway surface trolleys, are diverting to 40th and market from there, commuters can take the market frankford line, furthering the trip into downtown.
8:04 am
mike, lauren, back to you. >> bob, thanks so much. police looking foreman they say led them on chase, then abandoned the car with a three year old boy and loaded gun inside. they tried to pull the car over in west philly last night, the driver took off, leading police on the short quick chase into upper darby. that's when application say the driver ditched the car, ran away, officers found that three year old inside the car with the loaded handgun on the front seat now searching for the suspect, family emergency arrived to get the boy short time later. family members did the right thing, people know who this individual is. apparently he may have relatives in this area. >> trying to identify the suspect. >> also, let's get to camden county, a domestic incident leads to deadly stabbing,

8:07 am
information put this information out there. police officer about to retire, they have some suspicions why he released the report, because she felt that this family shouldn't be -- shouldn't go onto oprah and be seen as the all american family, when they had this son that did these things when he was younger. so she actually released the report which by the way is a no-no. reports are supposed to stay secret because it is not supposed to affect somebody when they are an adult. look what happened here. twelve years later, because this happened when he was 14, 15 years old, 12 years later now, this justify nile report coming back to haunt him. so suit for releasing that report. >> because he was 15? >> and those reports are not supposed to come out. from son or daughter and unfortunately something when they are a kid, it is supposed to be kept within the juvenile system. not supposed ton let out. you don't want it prejudice that person when they become an adult. what's it family is basically talking about, you know, what they did was they brought him to the police, number one, they brought him for counselling. they did everything they were supposed to do.
8:08 am
they were supposed to keep it within the juvenile community. and they didn't. >> spa explains why jim bob kept saying this is something we didn't want to come out. not that they were trying to hide something that happened within the family from the general public. >> probably were trying to hide it, want to stay on national television show and make a lot of monday. >> i remember that television show came after this incident, and what's interesting, remember, this family went to the police on their own. which is casino of unusual. if i sat and watched it, my wife and i were watching, i said i don't know if a lot of families would go to the police. i they would keep it in the family, not go to the police. i'm not sure if that happened to my sonny would be running to the police. and they did. >> also, josh did it when he was 14, 15, mostly his sisters? >> right, four sisters, one as young as fifth years old by the way, also a babysitter. this really upset obviously the mother and fatherment and needed to do something. they sent him away to kind of christian, you know, reform group that hopefully gave him counselling and so for the. >> what could happen next? like what's next in the legal world with the family?
8:09 am
>> i think like i said, i think they have potential suit against the police department. this arkansas police officer if they want to. now the question is going to be whether the show continues. they may friday to cancel the show. it depends whether the dugger's have a contract with the network, and whether this breaks the contract or not. so i'm not sure that something that happened 12 years ago would violate that contract, but there may be like a morals clause in the contract. so i haven't red the contract. i don't know. >> this kid, when he was 15, josh, new he was doing something wrong. he went to his parents, and said he was doing it. >> multiple times. he actually went multiple times, to his parent, so did he it once, then continued to do it two, three times. went to his parent each and every time. after the third time i think the parent said to themselves he needs counsel. they sent him out of the house for cowing. >> now he is married and has three kids, right? >> yes. >> he is 27? >> twenty-seven years old. >> so now we have to decide, the viewing public, do we except them back on tv? what about forgiveness? >> they may put it back on tv
8:10 am
without josh dugger. >> oh, they could do that. >> still 19 kids there, still big christian family. maybe they have him on the show, and i absolutely doubt he'll be on the show. i think it will continue. the ratings are pretty good. >> number one showment almost 10 million people watch that megan kelly interview last night. >> so i think the show will continue. >> here is cheering controversy. family almost arrested for cheering on family and friends, at a graduation. >> why they're being threatened with jail time? do you think the school is going too far? >> my goodness. >> but first, mike, you talk about this, your facebook is stalking you. >> it seems like a social network, know exactly where we are, what we're doing, what we're shopping for, and then they put pop up ads all over social media. guess what? there is a way to take them down. >> is it a headache to do that? >> no, ill teach you thousand do it after the break.

8:17 am
interest to get your eyes on your screen with those ads that are basically stalkers. they follow you from site to site. based on your interest. how do they know your interest? based on the site you've visited before, wherever time you click the like button on facebook, you're inviting more ads. those ads are like bad habit. hard to get rid of. they can follow you for days and even weeks. >> but dan, it sounds like just good business on their part, annoying to us. >> mike, we're in the business hereof advertising ourselves. we know that we have to get our ads in front of people's eyes, we have to put out good product. but you're absolutely right. that's where the action is. here is the thing that's going on. this is new. these are targeted ads, basically, being personalized for folks, based on the data base of their interest. the down side, guys, in addition to being annoying, sort of creepy, down side from consumer perspective, it is using a part of our data plan. so we're actually paying when you think about it, yes. >> didn't think about that. >> yes, paying for these ads.
8:18 am
>> paying for the ads annoying us? >> because they are using up part of the data plan. >> so here is the deal. is there a way, anthony, to get rid of them? >> yes, there is a way to get rid of them. go into the app store, or the and dry marketplace, there is programs such as add block literally all you need to do is type block ads, remember, too, not just social media. when you download the free games or do other things, if you don't pay for the game you'll see ad after ad after ad. , gets extremely annoying. >> remember who you are talking to. can you show me a simplified way to do there? >> real simplified way. video that we put on line. basically on the iphone, click on the setting button, click on the privacy button. and then you scroll all the way to the bottom. then there is word advertising. from there, you could limit that, from the app store all purchased apps, literally go to the app store, buy the app, then follow the on screen instructions there. other thing, just to say one thing with dan, too, in terms of how good they're targeting they're also using the gps,
