there is. trying to touch 90 degrees. it will be close but not nearly as hot as it's been. it will be dry today. no showers or storms. rain showers in western pennsylvania will dive to the south and clear out. we'll stay clear this morning. and clear this afternoon. it's just a bit windy. not quite a 10. up one knowledge because we're less humid there's no storms. a breezy this morning and still pretty hot. temperature could hit 90 degrees this afternoon. a bit windy now at the airport you see that camera shaking just a bit. that wind is out of the west to the northwest 15 miles an hour. it's increased a bit. breezy this morning but die down later this afternoon. dew points down to 66 they were above 70 oppressive nice and comfortable now. compared to what we've had. so breezy, 82 degrees. that's at 9:00 o'clock. 86 breezy at noon. the wind dies down later today. but we'll call eight heat wave at 90. that's third day it's cooler this weekend though. temperatures are going down but the storms are coming back in the seven day forecast coming

up. >> thanks, dave. and we're following some breaking news this saturday morning. several gunmen opened fire on the dallas police headquarters. officials say the shootout began just after midnight when the suspects parked in front of the building and started firing. at least one of the gunmen took off in van that rammed a police cruiser before leading officers on chase. negotiations with the suspect and swat officers are on going and no injuries have been repo reported. overnight home invasion lands one person in the hospital. police say there was a homeowner who shot the man who was inside of his home our sabina kuriakose is live in the olney section this morning. >> reporter: hey g morning, karen and bill. well so far we know that the suspect is in stable condition at einstein hospital. he is the only one who was hurt in this apparent home invasion. it happened here along the 5900 block of b street here in olney. we do have some video should show you that we took overnight just after investigators had gone to the scene and we're just combing the scene for clues. trying to figure out exactly why

this 19-year-old suspect may have entered the home here along b street. now, police tell us there weren't any signs of forced entry. they're saying that this guy apparently just walked into this residence right off the street. he went upstairs to where a man an woman were inside an upstairs bedroom. the residents who live there told us they actually asked the man what he was doing inside of their home. they said, hey, what are you doing? he apparently didn't say a word and said police say he lunched at the man who then shot the suspect in the stomach and then called authorities. now, again, police still trying to figure out exactly the motive behind all of this. they are trying to figure out exactly if the suspect may have been intoxicated. they're saying that's one of the questions that they have for him. back out here live before us this is very quiet block. they don't usually get a lot of calls around here so again trying to figure out this motive that suspect stable at einstein shot in the stomach but he does look like he is expected to be okay after coming out of surgery. karen and bill, back to you.

bleeping me off this week. fight unfolds in d.c. metro train. two teens coming home from a party words were exchanged with a 54-year-old man. then you see the man hit the teen. another teen jumped in to help and he ends up getting attacked, too. when i look at this video, the thing that i've always said i've said for the last 30 years, nothing good happens after midnight. it's 1:00 o'clock in the morni morning. they're on train. you see them fighting with the one teenager, takes a swing at him. hits him. and the second teenager tries to be a good samaritan and he almost gets knocked out and gets his jaw broken, gets fractured ribs. when you get involved with individuals in any type of altercation where rage is a major factor of it, you never know what's going to happen. you're putting your life at risk. you're putting yourself in some significant potential danger

8:12. good morning welcome back to fox 29 weekend. in our cover story this morning, the woman authorities say helped two convicted murderers escape from prison is now in jail herself. prosecutors have charged joyce mitchell with a felony for promoting prison contraband with a misdemeanor of kim matt until if a sill teague. they say she be friended inmates richard matter and david sweat at the clinton correctional facility where she worked are works a seem tress. those two men are still on the run. tweets started coming in mild. social media responded. jason wrote on twitter, don't know about you, but i'm fascinated by the prison escape manhunt in upstate new york. i can't wait for the movie actually agree it sounds like a movie joining us this morning to help provide some context former nutley new jersey police lieutenant steve rogers. good morning to you, sir.

>> good morning to you. >> now, i got to tell you, i'm looking at this story. you've got a seamstress who was allegedly sneaking tools. you've got guy who's were cutting their way out with power tools. it doesn't give you a whole lot of confidence in our prison system and the way they're protecting individuals. tell us what you think when you see something like this allowed to happen. >> look you're absolutely right. there's no doubt in my mind that there were more people involved than just a seamstress. there was a lot of noise. a lot of drilling arc lot of racket going on. it's hard to believe that no one heard anything. in addition to that, i believe law enforcement is either investigating or have concluded that when they were drilling the tunnel that there were others outside the prison also drilling a tunnel towards them. in addition to that, there had to be individuals making contacts to give her the tools and then you have the get away car that never showed up which by the way was a diversion. there are lot more people involved in this. >> the other thing that, of media concern -- immediate concern in most escapes apparently people are found in

24 hours. no one has ever been found at least in new york after three days. we're going on seven days now. so what do you think the chances are that they find them and what are the steps taken to do so? >> well, i think they're gone. look this was a well-planned, well-organized, well-executed operation. they knew what they wanted. they knew what they needed and you know what they knew where they were headed. i believe at this point they may be out of the country. now that means that of course if they're out of the country in canada, for example, and believe me canada has very good law enforcement authorities but they don't have the resources to commit that we have to following and to apprehending these individuals. >> honestly, you think they're gone. they do have the blood hounds out there and there's road blocks and what have you, but after seven days, it's a wrap? >> oh, i think so. look, i think they're gone, and look this wasn't an overnight plan. this had to involve blueprints,. hit to involve all sorts of things. maybe over year they planned this. but yeah, i believe they're go gone. >> okay. now it also as you pointed out involved a couple people likely

not just the seamstress allegedly her husband, other people were involved. so does now does it turn to them? are they the criminals now we focus on prosecuting and could they possibly help get the other guys back? >> it won't call them criminals yet unless they really have a link directly to them, but i've got to tell you they will will be investigator and everyone i'm talking about correction officers as well in that prison at the time of the escape they're going to be investigat investigated. >> is there an additional message out of this? because it seems like at least from the outside and you obviously have insider, closer information, from the outside, it seems like too many people had too much access to too many resources. does this change the system? >> well, look, i've always believed prisons should be prisons not country clubs. and as a result of giving that country club atmosphere, i've got to tell you these guys were able to walk around. they were taylors we got to get tough and like i said prisons have to be prisons. >> we appreciate your comments and your insight. thank you, sir.

clearance past and present. officials say between nine and 14 million records have now been compromised. also, 8:17, delaware couple accused of of using social media to sell alcohol. investigators say eric perez put this post on facebook offering to deliver click drinks in dover for 10 bucks. agent with the delaware division of alcohol, tobacco enforcement set up a buy and he was arres arrested. 32-year-old april bailey was also charged. rock and roll icon took the phrase break a leg to a whole new level. because that's exactly what foofighters front man dave grohl did in sweden friday. he was actually on stage when one wrong move sent him over the edge. grohl somehow actually held on to the mike telling the crowd he just broke his leg. he also promised to come back and perform at another time he said that but it turn out they didn't have to wait long. he actually had the crew carry him back out on stage and he

county, and looks like the temperatures will be warming up just a bit but not nearly as hot as it's been. 81 to 85. keep it right at 85 may try to climb to near 90 degrees. windy this morning but throughout the afternoon you'll start to see those temperatures dropping just -- humidity dropping just a bit and the temperatures not nearly as hot. there's that wind speed but look how these numbers drop. by 1:00 o'clock not nearly as windy. by three, 4:00 o'clock trying to calm down a bit. so it's a windy morning when you step outside right now. will not that be way later today. atlantic city that wind actually shifts to the east that's that cooler air coming in. wind gusts 10 to 15 miles an hour out of the east down the shore, and that keeps the temperatures quite a bit cooler upper 80s we'll see if we can heat 90 degrees make this a heat wave in philadelphia. cooler in those north and western suburbs p bush. atlantic city 72 down to 74 starting the day into the 80s but then dropping into the 70s this evening.

medical team's dina sent ton thai. good morning. >> reporter: good morning, bill. yeah, it turns out even if it says water resistant which is what they're supposed to say now instead of waterproof, some of them don't work as well as others let me tell you consumer reports did the research for us, and they found about a third of the ones that they tested weren't quite living up to the promises. they look at 34 water resistant sun screens, and they slattered them on the backs of various people and then they had those people sit in tubs full of water then they saw how effective are they and exposed them to some ultraviolet radiation. and the group says 11 of those sunscreens of the 34 sun screens fell short of the claims. anywhere from 16% short to 70% short which is pretty significant. let me tell about the ones they like. >> okay. >> there we government that was actually my question. >> you ready? >> is there a relationship between the $300 sunscreen or

can you get protection for three, four, $5? >> reporter: yeah. that's the thing. they found the cheaper brands worked as well as some of the more if not better than some of the more expensive brands. so money is not necessarily going to buy you more spf. this is one of the brands that they really liked and this consumer reports test the coppertone water babies it's spf of 50 which most say if you get 30 that's high enough. but this is 50. they liked this one this is about 15 bucks. they liked a banana boat sun comfort continuous spray that was only $8. and they also look loreal quinn dry sure finish that's 11 bucks. this is 8-ounces of sunscreen in here. you should be using an ounce per dose an ounce. so this should last you only eight applications. this should last you about a week bill and this would last me about a year. that's part of the problem. we're not putting on enough or frequent enough. right. >> we got to apply liberally and

often. >> from a personal standpoint i lot of things that come out there different ethnicities darker skilled individuals like myself don't often spend as much time focusing on sunscreen or protection. do we need to? does everyone need to get sunscreen protecti protection? >> not equally, but, yes. avenue front of kay american people on spectrums different level of skin color need to worry about skin cancer no one is immune from skin cancer. african-american do's have a little built in protection from the skin color. but everybody needs to be thin thinking about wearing little bit of this all the time. especially you take it on day by day basis how much sun exposure are you going to be getting. some unmore fared skin more at risk for burning, more at risk for the ramifications of skin cancer than someone who has darker skin it but everybody needs to be thinking about it. >> we need to put it on regularly. so in closing that's our application you put it on couple times of day every time you get

out water? >> yeah. especially if you got kids swimming in the water. you want to reapply this at least every two hours. this says 80 minutes. so less than two hours. another option, bill, now they make spf clothes for little baby girl so cute. i want to show it to you but they make for adults, too. the clothing has the spf built right into it. so this is a good idea, too. especially for those babies if you don't want to be laddering them with a lot of chemicals. this is a good option these little sun suits they make shirts long sleeved shirts. the kids are in the water in and out of the water and gives i was little bit of piece of mind when it comes to suffering from sunburn. >> you want to protect them while they're young those sun burns have a cumulative effect. >> very nice. thank you. we appreciate it. >> reporter: thank you. >> you guys you heard what she said. that outfit isn't for some of you sitting there saying i could wear that. but tell us what you think. your comments we all love the summer but we need to protect ourselves.

with the last few days. tied a record yesterday could barely touch 90 today. more important until forecast tonight center city philadelphia not as hot. 5:00 o'clock. close to 90 but not quite there. then dropping to 84 by 11:00. 8:00 o'clock. 11:00 o'clock, 77. light breeze. it's windy now. but that wind will be dying down by this afternoon. normally you see the wind pick up in the afternoon. not the case today. shaking just a little bit at the airport. 80 degrees. we've hit 80 today. already. no question we could be near 90 making this a heat wave but the humidity is down. dew point at 66 degrees. winds 15 miles an hour. center city philadelphia lowes hotel where the event is tonight a lot of people will be out this evening. but look at the radar. there's a few showers there in ohio and western pennsylvania. now, this is for tomorrow. not today. could be dry today. but we are looking at a stormy end to the weekend. by sunday afternoon, a slight risk from the storm prediction center and that moves all the way into the western counties because of what's happening here with the computer forecast.

we'll show you that. there are a few showers and storms developing in the western side of the state by 10:00 o'clock tomorrow it's all clear. but then they start to move into those western suburbs. here's where it gets interesting between 4:00 and 6:00 o'clock those western counties that are in that slight risk area could see strong winds and hail as these storms move through. by 8:00 o'clock as they move east weaken just a bit that's the big story tomorrow. it's less humid today. could be a heat wave 90 but nowhere near as oh pros seive as yesterday or the day before. still could make a heat wave by touching 90. we're already at 80 that's likely. showers and storms tomorrow. monday showers and storms. 90 hot and humid on tuesday just one day. no heat wave this week but still pretty hot. sunny and nice comfortable wednesday with a temperature of 86 stay in the mid to upper 80s that humidity comes back on thursday and friday. there you go. karen. call eight heat wave. >> thank you, dave. we appreciate it. all right coming up we've got to get your opinion on this one. this is now a color controversy. it is trending with hash tag

needs to approve medical marijuana first before they do all of this. so to break it down we've got joe six pack himself don russell joining us this morning. all right. >> please. >> good morning. first blush what do you think about this idea? >> well, i think it's just a natural extension of what's been happening in the world of beer more places are selling beer. i think a lot of places wawa in particular recognizes that beer is something that their customers want to be able to purchase and why not add it to the hoagies and the coffee and whatever else you're selling? >> now, i really do enjoy beer and i really enjoy getting a variety and so often i don't want to get a whole case. i like to get a sick pack of this to try this one to try this one. and this will be a available in this kind of a setting at a wawa. what do you think about that? >> well, it's all about convenience obviously. i mean there's other stores like wawa throughout the state that are selling it. i think this is actually a

bigger deal for wawa than it is for consumers it's an extension of their brand into the world of beer. something we really don't think of when we think of wawa. although i should mention they did try this about 20 years ago in university city for a brief period of time so they do have some experience selling beer. the other thing we do hear about the underaged drinkers and so on. i just don't buy that. i mean you go into big corporate kind of businesses where they're selling beer, they're meticulous about checking id's. i don't buy that as an issue. >> i spoke with spokes people for wawa, they're going to follow all the rules and the regulations, they'll follow the special hours you're supposed to be serving it most certainly. and this is still just a proposal at this point. they have to have the big hearing which will happen at the end of the month. all right. >> right. >> if you walk into the wawa what beer would you be getting? >> half. (laughter). >> cold. that's the best part about the convenience there. we're talking about in a world today pennsylvania alone is over i think it's 7,000 different brands of beer and as you

and raised there. actually it's nice in the morning. that event going from about 9:00 to noon so it's right in the center of delaware county there and looks like mild, 80 that's the current temperature. so off to warm start. breezy and breezy. that's about what you have to deal with this morning. that west northwest wind about 10 to 20 miles an hour watch the papers flying around that shredder event. the wind will be dying down later and the temperatures they'll be heating up maybe not quite as hot. we're into the mid 70s the north and western suburbs little cooler at mount pocono at 60 but from 80 degrees there in philadelphia we are looking like the temperatures will continue to climb from 80 we can hit near 90 degrees. upper 70s to the south. warm there. but it will get a little cooler right along the coast. ultimate doppler all clear. no showers or storms today. changes tomorrow. there's some rain in western pennsylvania. that dives south tonight. but showers and storms could be developing here again tomorrow and drifting over the area. so we'll put those in the seven day forecast with storms, showers and storms on monday.

and swat officers are on going and so far no injuries have been reported. it is 9:03 this morning exactly. just clicked over. we've had an overnight home invasion. we know that one person is in the hospital and police say a homeowner shot the person who was in his house. >> fox 29' is that so bean in a kuriakose is live in philadelphia's olney section this morning. sabina, what can you tell us about what's going on out there? >> reporter: well, right now as you mentioned that suspect in stable condition after being shot in the stomach by the homeowner here. now, this 5900 block of b street here in the olney section of the city and take look it's such a short block, neighbors have been telling us this is really quiet, a lot of families out here i mean we've been out here for few hours and everybody we talk to saying this never happens around here. we do have some video to show you from earlier. here's the scene. as philly pd combed the house and they interviewed the people who lived inside. it happened just around 4:00 o'clock this morning. police say a 1984 old man a teenager really they say he

walked in off of the street and walked right in to the house here along the 5900 block of b street. now, they said there was no signs of any forced entry. so the door might have been unlock. we don't have that confirm but a lot of the neighbors were telling us they did leave their door unlocked they feel so safe in this neighbor. apparently the 19-year-old he walk into the house, walked upstairs where there was a man and a woman inside of an upstairs bedroom. they confronted the man they were asking him, you know, what are you doing in our house? they told me police the guy didn't say anything. he was totally silent and then he lunched at the man who lived there. well that man he pulled out his handgun and he shot the suspect in the stomach. again, that suspect in stable condition at einstein hospital. but, again, neighbors just waking up to the news here this morning. telling us they're just completely shocked that anything like this happened. we talked to one man whose got four kids including a four month old daughter who lives here and we did talk to him. here's what he told us about what he thinks about what

happened. >> i'm scared because i have little kids. sometime they lock the doors, you know. stranger walking through your house you don't know them, you know, you have to protect your family. >> reporter: you heard it there. again, the neighbor just saying the man inside the home did what he had to do when he had somebody a stranger walk into his home. but again back out here live, folks just waking up this morning so again we do know that the people inside of the home the man and the woman that they are safe. the suspect in stable condition just went through surgery at einstein hospital. bill and karen, back to you. >> thanks sabina. we're glad at least the family is safe now. let the gundy bait start following that story. the search continues this morning for these two convicted cop callers who escaped from a maximum security prison in upstate new york. this as a former prison employee is arrested for allegedly helping them escape. now prosecutors charged joyce mitchell with a cysting the two inmates are you char matt and david sweat.

mitchell allegedly brought the inmates hack saw blades, chisels and other things prior to their escape. the inmates used power tools to cut through their cell walls and a steam pipe in escaped through a manhole. the former prison worker pleaded not guilty. her husband is also being investigated. >> he is obviously a person of interest because of the -- obvious relationship with joyce mitchell, and he did work at the correctional facility. worked in the tailor shop as well as maintenance provider. >> fox news has confirmed that mitchell was also supposed to drive the get away car but never showed up when the escape happened. if convicted joyce mitchell could face up to eight years in prison. 90:00 sick. all government workers hacked? it could be possible. it's gone from bad to worse. federal officials are now saying chinese hackers have stolen more confidential information about u.s. government employees than was initially relayed and thought.

authorities believe those hackers may have gotten standard form called form 86. so this is for anybody if you ever want add job wither us government you got to fill out that form. on it is everything about you it has your medical history it has all of your relatives, it has your social security number. what does that all mean? counter intelligence official says the chinese now have the identities of almost everybody who was a united states security clearance. officials say between nine to 14 million records have now been compromised. it is 9:07. there's delaware couple they're accused of of using social media to try to sell booze. that's their post investigators say. eric perez put this out there on facebook. he was offering to deliver click drinks in dover for $10. apparently that's illegal in that neck of the woods and agent with the delaware division of alcohol and tobacco enforcement set up a buy and he was arres arrested. 32-year-old april bailey was also charged. rock and roll icon took the

them up a little bit. all you do take a little brush with olive oil, brush both sides, so now we grab our potatoes, we'll oil them. grab our onions and we'll oil them. very simple process. both sides. really there's no real set amount the amount of oil you'll put on here. as long as it's cover. next step let's season our veggies. kosher salt right on around. a little black pepper and then do the same thing to the other side. flip them. there you go. done. ready to go to the grill. today we'll grill roma tomatoes sliced them about half an inch thick. put them on the grill. red, green, yellow and orange peppers ready to go. nothing to put on them. just cut them into big hunks throw them on the grill. here i have fresh port at a bellow mushrooms marinated in italian dressing overnight. an ear of corn, husked ready to

go. secret to getting really great ear of corn on the grill. take some butter, put eight round the entire ear of corn. regular salted butter works be best. don't be afraid to use unsaled if you have to. crush red pepper spread it around little black pepper as, turn the corn around. parsley flakes for color. and the last little ingredient kosher saul. all you have to do with this is wrap your corn and you don't have to put slices in there if you don't want. to throw it with butter and salt and pepper. you can grillly fruit on the grill. pineapple i slice bowed half inch thick. throw that right on the grill. now we're ready to grill everything. let's get everything started on the grill. when you're ready to grill, your grill should be around medium heat you don't want it too hot you'll burn everything. pre heat your grill, let

everything warm up a little bit. it will make the process a little easier a little faster for everybody. now, we'll put roma tomatoes on the grill no seasoning on it. grill perfectly by themselves. pop peppers on there. next, onions. know worry if they pop apart. no big deal. potatoes. it will take slow seven, high 10 or so minutes. last but not least pineapple on the grill. do another pineapple here. there you go. our corn, here's a little secr secret. fresh corn, right in the husk. that will take longer. final step, our marinated portabella mushrooms put them with the core side down first please get a little extra marinade on there it doesn't matter where you put them you'll move them around later on any way. now it's time to work your grill. you got to stay on top of everything. look what's happening. that's almost exactly what you

want out of the finish product. smells incredible. starting to get a little char line on here. look at those char lines. there you go. look at -- my good he is in. see the char on these peppers absolutely perfect. they taste incredible. look at the green and yellow zucchini and squash. don't be afraid to grill mellon, watermelon, cantaloupe, honey due, peaches are great. time to turn the mushrooms. perfectly ready to turn. we'll remove some of this because it's ready. it's been about sick minutes. take some of our yellow and green zucchini off and put it over here. take the tomatoes off. tomatoes will be a little soft. don't worry about that. they're still great. take some peppers off. when these husks start to get dark almost black your corn is just about everybody. pineapple is now done. see that? here's our spicy corn. spicy corn done perfect many now that we're done everything is looks great and i can promise

with that humidity down doesn't feel nearly oppressive as it did yesterday and the day before. wind this morning dying down by bun clock this afternoon. breezy now when you step outside normally that wind picks up in the afternoon. not the case today. winds dying down. that's the cooler, drier air trying to move in. it's out of the northwest but by this evening nice and calm. it's a comfortable night tonig tonight. lower humidity and temperatures just a little cooler. not all that bad. it's out of the north about 10 miles an hour in pottstown. 9 miles an hour in philadelphia. look at that east wind here down the shore. that will be a cooler temperature in the afternoon. it's warming up in the morning to 84 but then the drops in the afternoon to the upper 70s. nice sea breeze tomorrow beautiful end to the weekend down the shore temperatures 77 degrees. showers in the western side of the state will dive to our south today. maybe developing tomorrow as thunderstorms pushing into those western counties. so a strong thunderstorm can't be rule out. there's that rain pushing to the south. we'll stay clear today. just a nice and comfortable breeze this afternoon as that wind dies down.

these signs were -- m's. they were posted in front of the courthouse. county employee noticed the spelling error officials say it will cost about $4,000 to correct the mistake with adhesive labels. $4,000 for some tape? i'll come and fix you for you guys for half of that. call me. also police in kansas city are looking for someone who was speeding around in a police car with a lights and -- flashing and sirens blasting. the person behind the wheel does not have a badge. this is an old bluford forward crown victoria. it was sent to a salvage yard to get crushed last year but for some reason obviously didn't happen. police officers and people that live around there spotted the cruiser whipping around their town. >> if this person is breaking laws as they're traveling through town, um, you know, what other possibilities might they do? you know, they might try to do, um, some pranks on a person or maybe even worse than that.

>> yeah. knuckle heads. police say the driver hasn't shown any violent behavior, just those joy rides so far. all right. the haters are coming out in large numbers. they're more changes for the eagles roster. pro bowler evan mathis was released from the team. now mathis was reportedly upset at his contract terms he hasn't been showing up to their volunteer practices the last two weeks. and that's the type of attitude that clearly isn't going to fly with the eagles head coach chip kelly. but here's the thing. mathis is really good player who doesn't have an obvious replace many on the roster right now. and people are talking about this quite a bit on social med media. one user tweeted, i don't like the mathis move. enough said. shaking their head. another said evan mathis is the most questionable idiotic move that chip has made. it's never smart to cut anyone who rated 96 in madden. they're upset they cut one of the better players on their madden team. and finally, i bet demarco maury and sam bradford aren't happy

not all that windy but about 10 to 20 miles an hour. you'll notice it when you step outside. the wind will die down later today and the temperatures will climb a bit but not nearly as hot and the humidity is down. that wind is coming as cooler drier air comes in from the north that's a front approaching but it's really not giving us any rain. it is just dropping the humidity. right now it's 62 in mount pocono. still 70s in bethlehem and allentown. up across portions of lehigh valley temperatures are into the mid to low 70s. 80s again this morning early start here with temperature above 80 degrees. could easily touch 99 make eight heat wave but it will not feel as uncomfortable because of the humidity it's down. heading to the south a little warm this morning at the shore. that northwest wind will keep the temperatures warm that will change directions laid today bring in the cooler air nice comfortable end to the day there in atlantic city and cape may. is it too hot to ride? a lot of motorcycles out there. i think it's the rain that's the big issue. temperatures not all that hot. so could it ever be too hot to ride? let's look at the rain chances here.

these showers in western pennsylvania look threatening but they'll dive to our south today. this is for tomorrow. a slight risk from the storm prediction center meaning there will be storms in a few of those have the potential to be strong or severe and the area does include the western counties here and portions of delaware new castle county. this is tomorrow morning. this will be a big impact for your sunday. not today. looks pretty clear. but these showers and storms will be developing by two, 3:00 o'clock. and then gets fairly strong. could organize into sort of a line here with a little shape here this indicates some damaging wind likely and some hail between about four and 8:00 o'clock. notice they weaken a bit as they push into new jersey and southern delaware outside of that risk area. so watch for these storms tomorrow they're there in the forecast with temperature of 86. 90 today could make eight heat wave but we're cooler tomorrow. a few showers and storms on monday. hot humid weather comes back on tuesday near 90 degrees. it doesn't last, though. nice and comfortable wednesday and early thursday with temperatures into the mid 80s

then say you are another on the inside. skin color is not who a person is. then we have this one. it's 2015. we are beyond biology. our birth bodies do not define us. we are the authors of our own destiny. then we also have this one. i stand by rachel 10% of people are born wrong skin. it is not a joke and you have no right in order to shame us. so let's have a discussion about this one. is there such a thing as being born the wrong skin? joining us -- good morning to you. >> this is story is just -- it's bizarre to me. no, i don't think you can be born wrong skin. i think you are who you are. and i think that you can -- you can identify with people but you can't become black. because you're just not. it's just like in the black community you have people who have been passing for white. that's something that started centuries ago, and in order to

do that, you really have to do some really drastic things. you have to separate yourself meetly from your family. you have to separate yourself completely from your culture. you have to become someone who you're not and turn your back on everything that made you who you are. and frankly, in this case it almost looks like that. she does have some connections to her old family in terms of her black adopted brother but she turned her back completely on her parents and that's how this story came out. >> but what if she just says i'm more comfortable this way, these are my friends a lot of people we want to be like our friends if you're in high school or junior friends you dress like your friends. you take on the same sort of music don that. this is just a case maybe of where she just took that to whole other level. what do you think about that? >> i think she did take it to whole other level but i think it's offensive because you can't take on the black struggle. you haven't had to struggle like we have. you haven't been stopped by the cops for no reason although she claimed that some things

happened to her and maybe they did, but not because she was black. and so you know to try to take on that struggle and to try to almost object if i it and make yourself a part of it in many ways that's offensive. >> so many of us today especially in this country because this whole melting pot are so many different things. so we're allowed to save label when you fill out those check boxes what are you, are you this, are you that and people can pick what they want to be it is a time being can be trance black. like transgender you can be what you want to do how you want to self identify? >> i don't think so. can i be trance white? i don't think anybody would accept that. given my skin color and so i don't think that that's something that you can just identify with. especially given the historical struggle given the historical baggage given the things we're still dealing with on the issue of race it's a very touchy subject. if you are part black, that's fine. if she said that and she was, that's fine. but she's not. and she lied about it. and that is offensive. >> all right.

the coach is a chiptator. cross him and you're out! i'm pretty sure that one may fall into the this category. there's some stories that just make us say what the -- hash tag. you never want to miss a second of your wedding day and one photographer went the extra mile and brought a drone. you can see some of the video. it seemed like a great idea until they hit a snag. ♪ okay. so not off to great start. hopefully that's not a sign of things to come for this couple. the drone had a great shot for about 10 seconds but didn't see the trees in the way. the photographer said he was able to fix his drone and his friends were happy with the video. so make sure you look out if you're going to fly a drone.
