after 1:00 in the 5700 block of leonard street in the tacony section of the city. right now police are on the lookout for a shooter. >> and overnight crash involving a fire truck is under investigation this morning the fire truck is responding to motorcycle accident roosevelt avenue when swiped by a semi-truck no one was hurt and two were hurt in motorcycle crash. >> happening right now the search is on for missing new jersey woman. >> she's 65. and she left her home own monday was supposed to go to the doctors office and never got. there no one has seen her since. they're so worried. there's been no activity on her credit cards or bank account and e-zpass has not been used i'mer and her cell goes straight to voicemail. her family is concerned and praying for her safe return. they're preparing for worst case

to different groups. and religious leaders were able to get an exception. i draw a distinction between colorado and south carolina, if you look in colorado they don't have this kind of exception and a woman stopped a khrch shooting in 2007. what we need to do, too, is smingt minister brought up. we teed to take a look at the underlying factors. we have problem with psychotropic drugs. every mass shooting except for two in 1950 had under current of drugs that would induce violence in people that would not otherwise be violent. we have to look at these things. >> both of you agree on the psychotropic drugs. both of you agree on the psychiatric aspect of. it chad i want to come back to you. when we talk about controlling guns tying in racial aspect again a lot of times it's inner

city communities most devastated by guns, can we start healing and talking about guns when you have the gap to bridge. >> i want to pack a distinction i'm not in agreement or reaching consensus of psychotropic drugs. it's an opportunity for us to look at every narrative except the narrative that exists the disease of white supreme sich the debate about guns and whether right to bear guns the problem white violence towards black bodies is not being checked in our democracy. our churches have always been under attack in the 1950s and 1960s and some of the behaviors we're seeing by that tracked by southern law poverty center and department of justice and fbi shows we're in era of being attacked by white supremacy. so african mrernz not the only once incensed with this evil act

>> let's go to the scene there. the fire is under control. there's an oil tanker fully engulfed in flames after 7:00 this morning and it was actually carrying 2700 gallons of home heating oil. so you can imagine just how severe that fire was. right now firefighters still putting some water on that charred mess on the turnpike there. still putting out hot spots. you can still see a little smoke. coming up again it looks like they have just gotten it under control. you can see though that this entire portion of the turnpike ooeing from exit 351 ben sale sem completely shut down eastbound, westbound not affected. those are the cars going by. remarkably there are no injuries as a result of this oil tanker fire. apparently the driver was able to somehow get away.

we don't know the details as to that yet. but, again, state police telling us there are no injuries. you can see just how many fire departments and fire crews responded to this fire from all over the county and in fact, dow chemicals in bris toling brought a truck because of nature of this fire. heating oil fire for this oil tanker. they had to come in with foam not just water and needed special equipment. so again commercial truck carrying 2700 gallons of home heating oil caught fire just after 7:00 this morning and on the pa turnpike eastbound just after bensalem exit. remarkably no injuries. a huge operation for fire departments and firefighters and again they managed to get it under control with nobody hurt. bill and karen. >> thanks sabina. look at that. >> sabina what's closed down on that area what should people avoid?
