should live that long, the last thing you de search is getting shot by stray bullet here eight wheres she was, 10:30 last night right front porch sitting in her nice rocking chair trying to catch summer breezes, getting out of the hot house thinking get hotter outside somebody firing gun at somebody else for some unknown reason, somebody's car on the street takes a bunch of bullets through the win shielding as well. >> themed innings took her to temple hospital. she presently in stable condition. turns out this 79 year old woman was sitting on a chair, on her front porch, of her property where she lives, just enjoying the weather. when shots rang out, she

realize she had waist shot in the right leg. two shots fired from semiautomatic weapon. we found two spent shell casings on the highway we don't have description on shooter, don't have motive for why this individual or individuals were firing shots. but we believe that this 79 year old victim is innocent, and just struck by a stray bullet. >> what they do have possibly is surveillance video, as we tell you in almost every story any more, because just few doors down the street, and coincidentally aimed at this spot on the street where the bullets came from, a business with surround vale end cameras, and the detective hoping to talk to the store owner, here we go again, august 1st, last summer, little three year old girl getting her hair done on her poor in grays ferry, gets killed by a stray bullet. fortunately, not as bad this time, but still bad news when

any 79 year old great grandmother gets shot in the leg out on the front porch. more dark clouds over the center city skyline. they seem to be breaking out. pouring out once again, raining in places it rained a whole lot 15, 20 hours ago yesterday. because it rained so much already, 5 inches in some spots, in south jersey, the ground already very saturated, like a sponge that can't take any more water, why we are getting so much flooding around, way easier, second big rainstorm within 15, 20 hours, so, streams and creeks already overflowing, now up even higher, skies still so dark, you can see overhead here, the streetlights, normally, way off by now, still on, one other thing, we don't get dressed here in the news business, we done our rain gear, right? that's how we talk in the news speak. as i donned my rain gear, i dropped one of my fine ties

>> and here's another case. philly police in the west oaklane are working hard to find out not only a killer, but also, to identify the victim. they are having some trouble here, the shooting happened in the parking lot next to the mount west and the, that's just off 71st and brought street. neighbors say awakened by single gunshot. investigators say the man believed to be in his late 40's, early 50's, maybe, found lying on the gown, near pack every cigarettes, and a lighter. >> the victim was shot in the face, unknown white male, as of this time's john doe. no evidence. >> gunshot no stranger to us. >> if you have any information about this, of course, call police. and a plane lands on a highway and get pushed through
