7:09 am
first, into the bag muffling his words but then leaps on to and over the counter and pull s out his knife and pull s out the cash from the cash drawer. since it is a busy south philadelphia oregon avenue dunkin' donuts the the regular customers here who come twice a day and police figure he is from south philadelphia. so easily recognized for his face, torn t-shirt and drug inn decemberred very low iq. >> unbelievable. usually cops are around here all the time. it is pretty brace tone just jump over a counter like that. >> why did he put a plastic bag and then not still stand outside? you know i know police are doing their best job but it is all related to drugs and everything, that is going around. >> i'm sure they will catch him, i'm sure people around here especially people coming to this dunkin' donuts. >> someone could have got even hurt, and it seems like these stores are getting hit late at night and a the one on
7:10 am
front street has the drive through and i think they should have these doors closed and only do the drive through at late at night but they keep it opened. >> obviously he is on something. something is not right up there. something. >> reporter: well, at the same time philadelphia police also put out this second surveillance of a similar in the so savvy armed robber, mask man with a gun this time holding up the family dollar on castor avenue and then again, before he goes with the masked man look he first goes into the the store unmasked and just like the first guy right in front of the store surveillance cameras with that same hat on. so again easily recognizable. well, in surprise, the tips and names are always coming into police on both of these robberies. they also say wait math being on the camera. as fellow inmates say who watch our show regularly too will have nicknames. first guy, lon but dumb ranger and that first bag guy hefty
7:11 am
or my vote for zip, lock. >> it was clear, you know, earlier, you mentioned when it comes to the bag guys, teresa tweeted and said had saturday night live skit were you talking about is johnny walker space ranger. >> yes, yes. >> she remembered. >> reporter: that is good. that was a famous skit. then i just watched it, very funny. they also had johnny human torch where they just sell the kid a bag of oily rags to run around with for halloween. >> if they catch that guy, i'm sure young inn will be glad. >> here we go. >> reporter: nobody got hurt so we can have fun with this but there is no fun when we have a knife and gun involved. these guys hopefully will be under arrest by the next show. >> we see their face. >> 7:11. a day at the beach turns scary for a 12 year-old girl. this is in atlantic city. >> police say a man was staring at them while they were in the water off of, a anapolis avenue on july 11th.
7:12 am
so here's what he looks like. police say man got closer and actually grabbed one of the girls legs in the water. she got the away but police say he he then followed her, and then several minutes later groped her. that which is she screamed. then he took off. police are now looking for that guy. if you recognize him, please let them know. so, 7:12. new moms in delaware will no longer get that gift bags of bottles that hospitals sent them home with in the past. desalt health officials a announce that had hospitals are doing away with the formula samples, to promote, breast-feeding. they are touting the health benefits of breast-feeding and it saves family and health care companies rots of money. hospitals say they'll limb nate impression that they prefer one formula over the other. some moms are disappointed in this change. >> i think that is something that they should give because not every mom can be able to breast feed, so that is something that they should continue to give out. >> it is sort of changing the paradigm so breast-feeding is the first choice but if people choose not to it is not a
7:13 am
judgment on them. >> delaware is third state to ban the bags, massachusetts and rhode island have also banned them. and a new jersey day care closes unexpectly leaving parents without child care, employees, without paychecks. the doors locked at martin luther king junior child development center in camden and was shut down without warning last friday. now some parents say they will to have drive all the way to cherry hill for their toddlers and infants now. last thursday, employees say, that they received a letter this one right here from the camp assaying due to a bank problem, they were not getting paid. >> in paychecks. >> no paychecks. >> reporter: any idea if and when you'll get the a paycheck. >> no, basically she's saying she's not going to pay us. >> we come here every day. we work our butts off, and then this is what happens to us, loyal employees. >> so evidently one of the three martin luther king junior child development centers is closed, permanently, the the other two may be opened this fall. we will keep you posted on that. coming up on 7:14.

wreck. now witnesses say 20 minutes in the movie he killed two people, injured nine others. the suspicious items inside his car prompted police to call in k-9 and then bomb squat. the exact nature have in the been revealed and investigators think he tried to leave with the panic crowds but then saw police outside so came back inside and then decided to kill himself. >> whole group of people, teenagers mainly running out and telling everybody to run for their life. i thought it was a a teenagers playing a little prank. then i see a bigger group coming out screaming the same thing. my reaction was, and then we saw a laid which blood all over her legs. i just grabbed my child and we just all ran. >> we are beginning to hear stories of heroism and some sacrifice. some teachers in the movie together. one of the teachers literally jumped on top of the other and may have saved her later and

7:40 am
on instagram. mccoy used buffalo bills logo in the background there. this post has been since taken down and bills released this statement to espn. he said we have reached out to lesean and informed him that players are not permitted to use team marks for personal use without prior permission from the team. and, here's the other problem, for this party, there are requirements that you have to meet if you wanting to. you have to at least be 21. that is normal. you have to submit one picture and all of your social media information. they want your facebook, they want your instagram, twitter. you have to sign a confidentiality agreement. upon confirmation, to accept all of this, then you will receive a pick up location, and drop off location and then also, they will give you a tire. you cannot just wear what you want to wear. they will tell you how you will be dressed. >> you have to be young, you have to be hot, and they will put new some lingerie, they will pick you up, and then they will drop you off. >> i wonder what kind of party
