>> were chasing the story at a high school where one student who wanted to fail, didn't. >> this student melissa mejia publicly acknowledged that she wanted to fail a class and that there was a grade changing scandal at her high school. it has shaken up the entire new york city education system. she publicly knowledged in an article she wrote for the post that she wanted to fail high school. she did fail one class but it went came time for graduation she passed the class. the teacher admitted she was pressured to pass her, so i went to bryant high school in long island, i talked to peter meyer who was a teacher there and the president of the former parent association.

another town in the country robbinsville, changed its name from washington township seven years ago the mayor said it's good. >> yeah i think it's good we now have our own brand in our own identity. you look at some of the other towns in the county and they have a decrease in property value while we have seen an increase of 15%. >> it was washington township, boudin is only one of two, he says your name as your identity. some part of who you are why should the town be any different. >> it's on president. >> by the end of the day it's
