i'm back here in times square chasing the fight to get these topless women out of here. we have topless women hustling tourists to take pictures of them in exchange for tips. the mayor has spoken tips. the mayor has spoken out and believes it is wrong. he like the daily news idea of transporting time square into a park land area because of this was a public park it would be illegal for women to walk around topless and solicit money. they do not support what this women is doing and believes it's a throwback to the steamy days of time square. they believe this idea activity is illegal and infringes upon legitimate businesses he said he
