suicide by the prosecutor in the medical community. >> that was the beginning of the sheraton story filled with accusations controversy and debate a year later. we have been on the stories at the beginning when they first reported the fatal fire their purported john enjoys suffered stab wounds. the prosecutor's determination that this was a murder suicide that john killed is why think of himself. we have had our doubts but i sat down with mark recently at his office in newark and mark revealed new evidence that he says makes a murder by his father seem far less likely. marquez sued for crime scene photos and he got some from medical examiner's office. they show a chaotic scene with a lot of blood. >> we know that their story that my father has loved on him is an explainable given amount of blood splatter. >> mark said there's more evidence. he's been talking about this for months.

the northern regional medical examiner's office did an autopsy on john enjoys sheraton. yet gotten the diagram at the wounds of his parents. while choice is completely detailed and very granular, this is what he got for john. despite the prosecutor said john suffered multiple stab wounds and stabbed himself in the neck the diagram is completely cleaned trademark thought it was a mistake at first about raises further questions they are. they got these documents as part of their ongoing lawsuit to change the cause of death findings and get a new autopsy report and get this case reopened. they also uncovered other details of their fathers lied. >> we found documents indicate my father was very concerned about some things that were going on outside of cooper hospital, not at cooper hospital but elsewhere that he thought were being handled inappropriately and that he was adamantly opposing. >> john sheridan believes he had
