they ended up ordering $200 worth of pizza. i wanted to give them the dinner they never got. >> i love pizza. >> guys hurricane joaquín makes its way north of the atlantic. we are going to feel some of the effects. ronica is with governor christie. so you had a busy week chasing the storm, what's the latest? >> it is not even going to be close to that, but still low-lying areas, streets next to ocean, bays, even the delaware river is going the rise from the storm, it's not just today or tomorrow all the way through about monday of early next week.

>> what about blackouts, is there an expectation that power will be lost in some of these towns? >> i expect scattered blackouts. with wind gust 50-60 miles an hour specially with west soil. it's going to be probably hopefully a temporary situation for people. >> all right, meteorologist, thanks for your insight on this. i want to check with hank. almost ruined their bed. this year it's going to be worst. >> it's not their first hurricane. it happened before, are there not shelters? >> they only take people from the county f you come from a different location, you won't get into these shelters. >> they're homeless. >> how do they know that? do they look different than other homeless, i don't understand the difference -- i don't get that as a criteria. >> well, obviously i'm not an expert on that, but those are the particulars. >> tamara, so there are shelter, something we can put out for people, the cops doing a sweep and going through and telling people? iable it's just up to you and advocate? >> monarch house that works with homeless, when it does get more serious, they do go out and look for people to bring them to shelter and they do with the red cross as well.
