today special church services are planned. all around france in memory of the victim we know at least one of the americans who was killed in those attacks there has been one there she is 23 year old nohemi gonzales a student at cal state she was studying abroad. she is among the victims. her aunt says her family will miss the girl they called me me. >> very heroic strength a lot of determination and very giving. she was a beautiful person. >> she was killed in one of the restaurant attacks during that rampage in paris. >> of course the suspense of heightend security in light of the attacks. >> this as football sunday. there are changes nfl wants to make sure that every fan is safe. back to the link what can you

expect good morning jenny. >> reporter: good morning nfl is taking precautions in light of the at taxes in paris. we do no that there will be heightend police presence here at the game today if you are coming to the eagles game expect to see more police patrols. nfl says it has been closely monitoring events abroad and has been in touch with department of homeland security. i mean sizes there are no known threats against nfl stadiums. but they are also not taking any chances. over the last several years nfl has enhanced its security procedures, which include metal detected screening and pat down searches. two years ago they enacted that new bag policy where all bags brought into the stadium like the linc must be clear plastic and win the 12 by 6 by 12 restriction here but nfl at this point is just telling people to not even bring the bags today to make things easier. >> probably good advice thank you so much jenny.

we have, hanger management tips now beth, getting "hangry" is that a real thing or is that just an excuse for behaving badly. well believe it or not, dave, it actually is a real thing it harkens back to cave man days. what happens when blood sugar drops, our adrenaline kicks in and brain becomes, you are solely focused on finding food. and those hormones are kind of race sink through our body. those are the same hormones that make us unpleasant n agrees civil you have this combination of your brain is focused. your hormones are raging and then you turn into kind of a nasty person when you are really really hungry. >> now its an excuse. good. let's let's say i have a hanger fit right now what should i be eating sugar what's the best thing to eat for a hanger fit. joining the goal over all you want to keep blood sugar

season outside good. this marinate i'll put a little olive oil on it. the e and garlic give it a nice flavor. i like to let this sit sit for a couple of hours. we are going to make a simple sauce. horseradish, you can by in the store here's the restaurant. we put this into the sauce. jar of plus starred, whole grain plus starred. very simple. salt and pepper. let it marinate it for a while.

make sure it is nice and hot. medium high heat. put a little oil in it. roll it around so it is all around every side. a lot of times its raw i like seared. okay. we'll take this and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. now that it is nice and cool. what you want to do is cut against the grain. if you go with the grain it's going to be chew what was. again i love the texture. put it on the plate.
