hospital. you can see what happened. he crashed his car on the way. he is in stable condition. police are investigating this as a case of domestic screens. medical examiner continuing to investigate a gruesome is discovery from southwest philadelphia, investigators are called out to a wooded area near 53rd and bartram about 12:30 on saturday afternoon. that's where they found a partially decomposed body near the boardwalk in that section of the woods. detectives say the body was in such bad shape they won't handy know if the have my was man or woman. taking a look at some other top stories this morning. police in the united kingdom are investigating a stabbing on the subway system. they're looking at it as a terrorist attack. one person seriously injured. other two suffered minor injuries. police used a stun gun to subdue the attacker and several british newspapers are reporting that witnesses heard the man shout

this relevant. >> from 1973 to '80 nobody had to register. 1980 they made it men over the age of 18 had to register to show some force we were in some international issues and wanted to make sure we had a strong military. now that women can serve in combat roles. question is should they also have to register for draft? i think ultimately, the legal answer is going to be yes. >> there's cases about this one. one from a new jersey woman, tell me about these cases and what do you think is going to happen. >> on tuesday in california there's an appeals court hearing. it was turned out of court because women can't serve in combat roles, the court said you can't register for the draft if you can't snefsh combat roles. now that ashton carter says you can, they've made it much more likely that that case is going to fly. that case was filed by men. who were angry that they had to register and women do not. the case in new jersey that you mentioned was filed by a younger girl who wanted to register, wants to serve's thinks it's only fair that girls be able to

register and serve as well. that case isn't as far along. again in the 1980s, the supreme court said it wasn't discriminatory not to have women register because they couldn't serving in combat roles. new that that is that the case i don't think that the going to stand. >> because there is in draft, registering with selective services, if you don't do it, they're pretty significant penalties, you're denied federal aid, driver's licenses. are they fighting for something that's ultimately getting them published. >> it's an interesting think. it's a felony not to register for draft. you can have fines up to a quarter million dollars. you can spend time in jail. yes, this the case. i think a lot of these people want to make the point that the draft in and of itself may be a rely lick of the past. a lot of people are making the policy argument by trying to bring women in. >> i think that is so interesting thank you so much. >> my pleasure. >> that should be a poll question of the day, should women have to register for the

you guys go so far beyond. this is a gorgeous center piece. >> it's really quite easy. take any kind of vase you have laying around. put a rubber band right around at vase. then you're going to take your candy canes, flip your candy canes in there went keep going around with about three boxes of candy canes. how easy is that? once you have that done, you're going to take a ribbon and hide the mechanics of the rubber band. tie a bow. put fresh flowers. put screens in and this an easy center piece. and how much fun. >> i love that. you also done candles as well. >> yes, i want to make sure they're way above the candy canes, keep an eye on that. i learned the hard way. the same kind of concept. just take a rubber band, put it around your candle, slip your candy canes in there and tie it
