claim against the hospital for emotional distress. the fact of the matter is if you want to bring a case for emotional distress you have to first prove that the hospital intended, which is going to be hard to do. the second thing the second thing is you have to prove long-term damage. the hospital argue the second the test results come back and find out they are negative they will be relieved. there is no long-term damage. these people really, really don't have an easy to and claim. >> now the medical center issued a statement which says we value patient care and took action against a former employee who is no longer working there. the 53-year-old bread frederick has been arrested on several charges. hiv is not what it used to be in the 80s when everyone thought it was a death sentence. it n no longer is. is. it is not the worst case

before the they were found. from jones beach where skull of a night the unidentified woman was found to the spot of a dead body and her toddler child were also found far from her mother's found. to the woman and this brings me to something doctor michael advised us to do when we spoke with him about the autopsy something is done himself in serial killing cases, he said look at the victims. >> they all looked alike. aside from the sheer number of what stands out, you look at the beach victims and compare them to atlantic city. the women it at atlantic city look at their faces, these women women lived lives of streetcorner pickups and cheap sex. their faces are a lot more than these women who had hard lives nonetheless but were being driven to midterm apartment buildings and chartered cars. for that reason and the profile the killer we don't believe the atlantic city strangler and the beach once are connected.
