firefighters did a great job. we do know not note cause. new details this morning surrounding the death of a delaware man, new castle police say they're charging a 19-year-old with murder in connection with the death of his grandfather. they say on friday, 69 yard james step was found dead. authorities say his grandson you're seeing sean hagarty was last person seen leaving the home in his grandfather's car. he then led police on a chase in check chester county. we're learning more about the man attacking a pennsylvania supreme court justice in center city. kevin dougherty. was treated at a hospital after being assaulted. here's what police say happened. there was a homeless man who blocked the path of dougherty and to companions near 15 and

it will be all rain initially. the temperatures are above freezing, not by much. and that wind certainly doesn't make it feel comfortable at 16 miles an hour. yes, it's the first day of spring. no, it does not feel like it. no, it will not look like it by tomorrow morning. heading to the outlets in left town, what's the weather going to be like? right now, things are clear. little farther south we're seeing little bit of rain at the southern tip of the delmarva there. eventually that will change to snow as you get the colder air. by about 5:00 or 6:00. then by 9:00 as the cold air comes in if the north, we see mix with snow. temperatures be about freezing but may start to accumulate especially on grassy or untreated surfaces. careful by tomorrow morning when you wake up. a large area of snow will be coming down as you're sleeping overnight tonight. we're not getting the benefit of that strong march sun. the temperatures watch these

turnpike, not quite up to lehigh valley, not to the poconos. main focus here is from 95 to the south. the cold air continues to get pulled in. this is overnight tonight. we're seeing the snow coming down and this is -- start to accumulate a little bit on surfaces mainly untreated surfaces and possibly roadways if it's heavy enough. clearing out by tomorrow morning but it's already on the ground, so maybe a slippery rush hour tomorrow. slush on the roadways especially from 95 south. sunshine by noon, cold breeze but the sunshine is there, everything will be melting. the rush hour in the evening will be better. the sunrise sunset time. snow coming down between sunset and sunrise. you get the benefit of the stronger sun can melt the snow on the roadways if he said light enough. we're not getting that with this because it's coming down after sunset and before sunrise, rain to snow, maybe less snowily along 95 al the coast that is the main area of concern. the snow falling at night has a better chance to accumulate.
