for the pets. it's going to be a great time and it starts at 12:30 this afternoon. dave, we are hoping for easter sunday sunshine. >> try to get little bit of sunshine. we had that yesterday. saturday sunshine. but really not today. we have low clouds around and that kept the temperature from dropping too much. we're still in the 40s in philadelphia. in fact the suburbs not down to the freezing mark so a little warmer this morning. but the clouds are here. they're just low clouds. we're not talking about rain. no rain today. we have that rain tomorrow. as well as a gusty win. these are the temperatures this morning. 30s across the area mid 40s closer to philadelphia. just mid to low 40s in the suburbs. not nearly as cold. clouds are out there but ultimate doppler is all clear. here are the low clouds with us pretty much all day but they are just clouds. no rain. we are looking at some rain, though, to start the week here tomorrow. i'll track that all and have the latest timing coming up with complete seven day forecast. any traffic issues out there for

kansas and advance in the tournament. after so many misses in previous seasons and tournaments the wildcats finally did it. they're just two wins away from the national championship. >> what's the song we want to hear? >> one shining moment, i love that song. >> get ready for the man tears. let's get out to villanova where sabina kuriakose is with the very latest on all of the hoopla. sabina? >> reporter: hey, good morning, guys. well that is right. nova reached deep inside last night and boy, did it pay off. final four, baby. they're fifth ever. now campus right now quiet, of course, easter break. but i bet the whole city was cheering last night as the wildcats played their hearts out. let's take look at some video starting with my favorite part of the game last night. the reaction from the players just after realizing they won. i mean it was absolutely incredible especially for seniors. that is what pure joy looks like, guys. over at kelly's tap room near

now. happening right now, we know that one person is in the hospital following this crash. that's a bad one wound up upside down in the northeast right at red lion road and sand meyer lane. this is about 1:30 this morning. police say one of the victims a woman had to be cut out of the vehicle after she crashed into a pole. she is in stable condition. we don't know what caused that crash. and there was a bar in old city they needed to evacuate because of carbon monoxide. this happened at italian restaurant at second and chestnut. restaurants of the upstairs apartments also had to leave their homes for while overnight. police say there was a broken pipe in the basement of the restaurant and that was to bla blame. the residents are back in their homes this morning at the apartment building in wilmington where four people were found dead on friday. early indications that they died of carbon monoxide poisoning at the evergreen apartments at riverfront heights. apartment management told tenants that the cause appears to have been with a boiler

exhaust pipe which had passed its last inspection. now the pipes in that building and other buildings were replaced yesterday before tenants were given the all cle clear. but some weren't ready to go back. >> i'm not going to go in there and jeopardize knee me or my fiance'. >> reporter: you still are not feeling safe. >> i'm not feeling safe at all. like even with the letters they had up on the earlier today saying the building was unsafe now you took them down talking about they safe, it's not safe. >> now there's no official cause of death until autopsy results come in later on this week. disturbing allegations against an american airlines co-pilot who was scheduled to fly to philadelphia. faa officials say he failed two sobriety tests at an airport in detroit early in the morning. there's a picture of him right there from one of the passengers took. so that flight needed to be canceled and he was detained. officials have not released much information about the co-pilot but they do say he's from our area, pennsylvania and in his early 50s. investigators are determining if

charges will be filed against him. some passengers were concerned to hear what will happen with that flight. >> many others have -- how many others. i mean just got to really kind of look at that. >> that wasn't was caught. what about everybody else. should they all go through a sobriety test before they start flying? >> the flight to philadelphia was canceled, and passengers were booked on other flights. a man in delaware under arrest for what police say is his fourth dui. 29-year-old philip b. spear was arrested saturday afternoon along sussex highway. police say they found his car stopped in the right turn lane with spear slumped over the steering wheel. investigators also found heroin in his car. he now facing multiple charges. ♪ and now to the latest on this terror attacks in brussels. more american victims of the attacks have been identified and three suspects have been now charged in connection with those attacks. we now know who 24 of the 31

victims who lost their lives. it was a couple from tennessee justin schultz and his wife stephanie. they've been identified by their employees on their facebook page they said her family confirmed she and her husband died in the bombings at the brussels airpo airport. meanwhile, belgium prosecutor as nounsed they have charged three men with terror offenses over the suicide attacks on the brussels airport and the subway. those are the three suspects the first two taken in custody earlier in the week and the one on the right in that light colored jacket he was arrested yesterday. belgium media said he was the man in that vest, those were the people suspects in connection with that attack. 7:09. moving on to you decide coverage right now. it was a big night for democratic presidential candidate bernie sanders. the senator from vermont won alaska, hawaii and washington in a western sweep. his victories could now mean that hillary clinton's focus on the general election may be a little bit premature.

>> republicans win elections when people are demoralized and they don't come out to vote. progressives and democrats win elections when working people and young people and seniors and veterans stand up, fight back and come out to vote! >> the primaries continue. wyoming and wisconsin the next big contests for both republicans and democrats. if you haven't done it time to register. pennsylvania's primary takes place on april 26th by the end of the month. it looks like this time around which is very rare both the democratic and republican sides pennsylvania is a play on this one they're campaigning here. so deadline to register to vote in the primaries closes tomorrow. pennsylvania at a closed primary you can only vote in a party's primary if you are registered in that party. the republican vote republican. democrat vote ret democrat.

welcome back. they're already starting to sell the villanova final four shirts. they go on sale in half hour. let's take look at our top stories. friends, family and fellow law enforcement officers paying their respects to ronald heist yesterday. more than 600 people showed up this is the york county fairgrounds. so big they had to have it there to say goodbye to just one of those two men who were killed in turnpike robbery last sunday. heist was working as a security officer when he was shot and killed by a retired pennsylvania state trooper clarence briggs who was killed in a shootout with current state troopers. as investigators say he was trying to get away with a truck that collects the toll money. it will be a tough holiday for one local family. this will be their first easter without man-man. you remember the story. 12-year-old who died trying to save his father. karen you actually did the story. met the family. he died trying so save his

father in norristown last month but the collegeville italian bakery held a fundraiser for the who are harling family. they were raising money to help cover living and medical expenses for the family and the fundraiser brought if about $12,000. >> so nice to give back. all right. churches all over our area celebrating easter sunday. time to rejoice this morning. christians believe that this is the day that jesus was resurrected from the dead three days after he was killed on the cross and yesterday, oh, look at the little kids running around this is franklin square so much fun. they had a number of east egg hunts there and of course we celebrations all over. ♪ a hayride on easter sunday? yes, it can happen. weekend wendy is very excited. so is the easter bunny. it happens at linvilla orchards in media, of course, and that's happening all day from 11:00 in the morning 4:00 in the

your headlines today. one person is in the hospital following a crash in northeast philadelphia. it happened at red lion road and sandmeyer lane around 1:30 this morning. police say a woman had to be cut out of her vehicle after she crashed into a pole. the victim is in stable condition and so far no word on the cause of the crash. in old city bar was evacuated because of carbon monoxide. this happened at italian restaurant at second and chestnut. residents were also forced to leave for while overnight. police say a broken pipe in the basement of the restaurant was to blame. some people are back in their homes this morning at an apartment building in wilmington where four people were found dead on friday. such a tragedy in the early indications on this by all accounts they died of carbon monoxide poisoning at the evergreen apartments at the riverfront heights apartment management told tenants the cause appears to have been a boiler exhaust pipe which had passed its last inspection.

flight. >> many others have slipped through the cracks. i mean how many others? >> i mean, just got to really kind of look at that. >> that one was caught. what about everybody else? should they all go through a sobriety test before they start flying? >> scary. legitimate concerns. the flight to philadelphia of course had to be canceled and passengers were booked on other flights. the man in delaware now under arrest for what police say is his fourth dui. just 29 years old his name is philip b. spear there he is arrested saturday afternoon right on the sussex highway. police say they found his car stopped in the right turn lane. he was slumped over the steering wheel. they also found heroin investigators say in his car. he faces multiple charges. ♪ and now to the latest on the terror attacks in brussels. more american victims of the attacks have been identified and three suspects have been charged in those attacks. we know now who 24 of the 31 victims who lost their lives are.

just a handful of tools, ladder, some screws, screwdriver you can have that up in about 15 minutes and be the envy of your neighbor. >> i love it. now this is the one. you can add some trim around our front doors. how do we do and how long is that going to take me? >> that is about the same amount of time. in this photo you'll see also there's a window or door mantle above the door and the side trim pieces are called pile laughters and they go up very quickly as well. they can be put right over top of the the existing siding right over top of the existing brick maybe these are very easy to install and fun to install. >> but they look so expensive and gorgeous. >> they do. and that's where it adds a lot of value to the house. so you certainly want to be able to look at the niceness of it and also look at the value it's adding. >> you brought us props. big up this big one. where the heck does this one go right here. >> this is a gable vent it's very detailed. and it also allows heat to escape out of the attic. it's very useful for that.
