having a fronta front plate. this video has gone viral, a hundred thousand views. i chased this to the police department. they gave me a statement saying that they are investigating this officer that won't comment because it is an internal investigation. they report the police officer is one valid as. on the clifton police facebook page there have been tons of comments criticizing the cops. one says he is not fit to patrol the streets, an idiot and the danger to society. >> and abuse of power. he must've been board on went on aa power trip for a little adrenaline boost to wake himself up. i spoke to another police officer, retired detective sergeant. >> for instance, a much

the assembly going on. thursday we should be able to find out if the assembly will pass a fresh version sponsored by assemblyman vincent prieto. bill: last time this happened was 1938. within one year the city went bankrupt. it looks like atlantic city is heading that direction. is the city government united and trying to see this through? >> right now they are. this is an election year coming up. we don't know how the candidacy will work out. the one person always for compromise is the mayor. he said governor christie, and the assemblies they could all the giants if they would work together. bill: unfortunately seems that they have another agenda.

bill: shocking news, over half of newark public schools tested positive for elevated levels of lead in the drinking water. a new mandate for schools to test their water for lead. i was at a press conference

in trenton with the governor outlined his knew plan. >> elevated lead levels. that is why today i am directing the new jersey department of education to address concerns about lead levels by strengthening regulations that already require the provision of safe drinking water to mandate lead hazard testing and all our schools. >> we 1st learned about the problem in newark. after that, revelations all over the state. priorstate. prior to this the governor have been hesitant to introduce a mandate. a part of the proposal, he is asking the legislature for 10 million for testing and about 3000 schools statewide.3,000 schools statewide. there are major health concerns for children exposed to lead. thousands of students attended the schools and tested positive.

i asked the governor and if he knew the results of the test and if they influenced his decision at all for mandating water testing. >> we have have the number of kids testing positive for lead. in 2015 the 1998. in response to the testing we are doing. there is a lot of concerns. and it is a fair observation. >> what do you think of the governors mandates? ♪ >> we all have our favorite scary movies. maybe a neighborhood theater. not too often.
