morning. police in bucks county discover a dozen girls inside a home in feastedville. investigators say the man sexual assaulted at least one of them. >> authorities are saying some children may have been given as payment. jenny is live from feasterville this morning. to explain maybe the unscomplikible. >> reporter: we know police have a lot to sort out. after finding 12 girls inside of this bucks county home ranging in age from six months to 18 years old. they were removed from here yesterday. the home of this man, 51-year-old lee kaplan now under arrest and facing multiple sexual assault charges. according to police, kaplan admitted to fathering two of the 12 children with an 18-year-old found inside the home. sources say kaplan captained with the amish family who was about to use the farm. parents from lancaster county,

they allegedly after you their oldest daughter 14 at the time as a gift to kaplan. other nine children and parents had been staying with kaplan as well. police arrested him after a surprise visit from bucks county child welfare officials. the parents were also charged with endangering the welfare of children and now lower south hampton police say they're working with authorities in lancaster county as well as those connected with the amish community to find out how all of this happened. kaplan is being held on $1 million bail. karen? >> thank you so much. arising star remembered as more than 1,000 people turned out for memorial service for christina grimmie last evening. the former voice contestant and south jersey native was gunned down last week signing autographs outside of a concert venue in orlando. so. years at the fellowship alliance chap in medford.

. 12 people in customer after belgium officials in a antiterrorism investigation. mostly in and around brussels. the operation comes as belgium is still under its second highest terror alert following the deadly march attacks on the brussels subway and airports. one man in the hospital in stable condition after being shot in the leg during an attempted robbery. police say it happened this morning around 3:30 as man was walking along the 200 block of juniper street near locust. two men approached the victim, tried to rob him and shot him. at this point, no arrests have been made h. prosecutors in bucks county have now charged a would be thief and the man who was a vigil anti in this case because he opened fire on that suspects. thursday morning we got desean jones chasing a man trying to break into a vehicle. the suspect was identify as josh

dennis and ended up crashing. you can see where it it happened in bridge street. all of a sudden, that case, that's when the vigil antiopens fire and shoots the suspect in the arm. both men are facing charges because prosecutors say the vigil anti, did not need to use his gun. 34-year-old elizabeth floyd from montgomery county is charged with third-degree murder in the killing of her elderly neighbor. east norton police say last year they found 96-year-old lying in his driveway severe plea injured. he ended up in a long-term care facility and died back in february. medical examiner did rule his death a homicide. a grand jury decided not to file charges against two vineland police officers who arrested a man who died in custody. you may remember that video that we just showed you. it included 32-year-old phillip white. who died in march of 2015. police arrested white while responding to a disorder person

call. he ended up having trouble breathing and became unresponsive. medical examiner said pcp you contributed to his death and ruled it accidental. we're learning more details about the gunman in the terror attack that happened in orlando on sunday. sources are telling fox news he texted his wife two hours into the attack asking if she had seen the news. the fbi is looking at just how much omar mateen's wife knew. he also texted his wife on the night host shooting asking where he was and telling him that she loved him. as of yet, she does not face charges. of six survivors of that attack are still in critical condition at hospital that is florida. the families of three of the 49 people killed we'll lay them to rest today. the city waived the $1500 not fee. in the wake of that. we see time and again after a mass shooting, they are skyrocketing. the nation's largest gun

welcome back, taking a look at wilmington. we're playing a little beatles because one is celebrating a birthday. can you guess which one and how old he is? on this day? big changes could be coming to philadelphia skyline. brandywine have developed a new plan. it's expected to cost 6 and a half billion dollars. when it's done, there will be housing, renovated transportation complex, green spaces and so much more. let's talk about it. joining us is senior director of major station planning. good morning. >> good morning. >> so you hear six and a half billion dollars. you hear essentially a new downtown. we want details. what do you envision happening? >> i think it's an extraordinary

plan and it has been worked on about two years. amtrak and its partners envision several key pieces here. many of which have been asked for by the community and the rider ship of both amtrak and septa for some time. the first piece will happen is likely to be what we're calling station square. that is the rare around station on all four sides. and that will start to have a lot of green space and customer men ties likely to be a cafe out there. for those who use the porch on the east side of the station, it will really be some version of an extension of that around all four sides. we want to really bring that plaza into being a great public space. >> i'm looking at, it looks amazing. let's start with the positives,

as you said. green space, places to live. jobs, as this continues to develop. >> that have not in infrastructure is always really about jobs. infrastructure investment in amtrak and transit and roads and bridges always generates economic activity in jobs and we're envisioning about new jobs that will go on into the future as well. so that investment will really generate and unlock a lot of economic development in west philadelphia. >> we get excited when you see the renderings. it's a long-term project. how quickly will we actually get to see the changes and get excited about them? . >> it is a long-term project. i believe one of our goals is to create an environment where the public facing projects that the public will see, will be where

we start. because for amtrak, who's looking to double acela in the next five, six years, we anticipate a lot more people being in or around the station. so the outside station work will be the first step. the other two piece, the transportation pieces are equally as important in the short term. one is looking at how we resolve some of the traffic issues around the station and access to and from the schuylkill expressway, i76, that study will need to kick off shortly as well as working with septa to try to figure out the best route to allow folks to connect between the market frankford line and amtrak's 30th street station. so those are the three big ones that should be happening more quickly and people will stat to see the plaza work, i believe. next summer.

traffic labels would be more effective for them. it's a first study. he we need to do more labels. but it's a first step to see that traffic light labels can help make handlier decisions. >> it changes my behavior when you go into were you stores we have one down the street mixed sandwichs and they have good bread. when you see the calories, it really makes changes, you know, like your salad, that's a nypd hundred calorie salad, i'm not going to order that and i see that it definitely changes people's behavior. will this traffic light thing roll out any time soon? >> the affordable care act is -- has a mandate in it for nationwide numeric calorie labeling supposed to be rolled out in a year from now. in chain restaurants. traffic light labeling is a newer thing applies to calories. we're testing to see if it's something that could be applied. >> i believe businesses will probably push back against this also. that red light means don't buy it. businesses will not be happy

by albert brooks who's marlin but a new character mr. ed o'neill who place hank. this is many years later. actor who originally played nino was alexander galled is now 22 years old. so they have a new younger actor, it has amazing animation, great laughs, messages, i love the idea of love and friendship, ed, o'neill was great. it's not as classic as still absolutely fantastic, pixar always had that balance. if i had to give my top five i would probably say wally toy story three, the incredible inside out and up. this one is definitely worth seeing i gave it four and a half out of five. i've only seen the 2d version so far, i will hopefully catch the three soon and i'll tweet that out on kevin mccarthy tv.

moving on is central intelligence starting the rock, duane the rock johnson and kevin hart. look at this scene right here. that's the rock on another actor's body, the visual effects in this film are fan typhic. look at kevin hart's face. they used a wig to actually make him look younger and it's the same team that was working on captain america. it's incredible how they were able to pull this out. these two characters went to high school together. now they're reconnecting 20 years later on facebook and duane gets kevin's character involved. the action is great, the comedy is great, i love the antibullying message. kevin hart and the rock is probably the best movie they've done individually and together in years. first time they worked together in a major film as leading actors but they're individuals. this is the best thing they've done in a long time. i love the rock in the rundown,
