details. but it was at a home right around 3:30 near the corner of main street and cottman in manayunk. we do know no one was hurt. police are looking for the person responsible for stabbing a 40-year-old woman just after midnight. officers were called out to the 1800 blue cross of incer sold street in north philly. that's where they found a woman stabbed in both of her legs. she's listed in stable condition at hahnemann university hospital. no arrests have been made. a woman assaulted at a radnor they will salon. police say she was at the blooming nail salon on east lancaster avenue last thursday. she was getting a manicure. officers say that's when one of the male workers asked if she wanted a back massage. the woman agreed, then she told police the man reached around and groped her breast. police have now arrested 31-year-old jamie. we reached out to salon but got no response. one long-time customer says she's had a massage from the

there trying to get her clothing done. a victim who can't defend herself. >> the suspects got away with $600 in cash. in addition to some credit and debit cards. 7:05. in north philadelphia the community is coming together to remember a four-year-old shot and killed. dozens of stuffed toys fill a makeshift memorial outside the home where he lived in north philadelphia. police say homes died after her mother and her mother's boyfriend got into an argument. one of that may fired a gun and hit the child. police arrested both the mother and her boyfriend. camden police are looking for two men who they believe may have information about a deadly shooting. a 48-year-old man was shot and killed on the 300 block of sycamore on wednesday. surveillance video, you see it, shows two men nearby and police want to talk to them. there's an 8-year-old boy right now who's in the fight of his life after he nearly drowned in a pool on a cruise ship, a

royal caribbean cruise ship. that child was air lifted from the anthem of the sea ship. we know this child from the netherlands traveling with a grandparent of 49 people. he is currently on life support. the ship is back at port. delaware senator tom carper toured philadelphia international airport yesterday to get a look at security. he does he wanted to learn more about the challenges tsa may be facing in the wake of airport attacks around the world. he does it's important the agency get the proper training to keep everyone safe. >> we have excellent leadership at tsa. we're enhancing the training. enhancing the train for the men re men and women. we're continuing to modern had i see our equipment and make sure this team workses as a team. >> he said security officials are also ready for the increased

bangledash. following a developing story from bangledash. a military official say 20 hostages were killed in an attack on a restaurant a bakery about three dozen people were taken hostage including 20 foreigners when arm multis militants stormed. they killed at least six of the terrorists. the father of one of the victims, if they couldn't be they were tortured. isis has claim responsibility for the attack. in turkey, attention is focused on weather an extremist was involved at the terror attacks at istanbul's airport. so far, no one has claimed responsible for the bombings that killed 44 and injured dozens.

the president said islamic state was most probably behind it. in the past week, the department, state department, the government, homeland security has proposed a plan to ask foreign travelers coming to provide social media information. the idea is that it would help them look for information about terrorist plans. want to dig a little bit deeper. joining us attorney and cyber security expert. good morning. >> good morning, good to see you. of. >> on the surface, i have to tell you seems a little silly to require people voluntarily to provide access to social media if you're wondering who would give away that type of information if they really were planning something. but is there a reason for this? why do you think it's a good idea. >> part of this is that the department of homeland security has stated the social media task force that are focusing and trying to get their arms around how terrorists or platforms like twitter and facebook to not only recruit but communicate and fund

raise and unfortunately, we've seen this in past terror attacks. this has happened because of the san bernardino attack, before the gunman applied for a visa, she was actually typing out posts and posting pro isis things on twitter. so now the government is looking to see how they can best utilize these to try to determine where threats may come from. >> you raise an interesting point. san bernardino, orlando, others we've experienced in past, have either united organized or shared information on social media. in both cases, people already were here, they were here legal. so would it have applied or would it have stopped those attacks if they weren't necessarily doing -- they were already here. it was already established. >> right. still, looking on those social media platforms, there is a way to mind that data and try to become better aware of how they're plotting, trying to recruit. what parts of the country they're trying to recruit from. and we see this all the time.

in january, twitter actually shutdown 125,000 isis related accounts. but now that the government is setting these proposals for us, we'll see in about 60 days, there will be a commentary period on this for the department of homeland security. we'll see whether this will actually come into play. >> who's responsible for this now? if they're sharing hate speech now or organizing terror plans now, facebook, twitter, do the social media platforms themselves have any responsibility? >> that's the question of the hour. unfortunately, we're trying to place responsibility on twitter and facebook but these platforms aren't creating the content. they're trying their best to monitor and determine how people are using it. right now, they're saying we can't tell people what to do. they have different policies on hate speech. they have different policies on bullying, but terrorist threats, unless it's something imminent and specific, they can't really take it down right now. it's a free speech violation and that's part of the problem, people are worning why twitter

and facebook are allowing all of these accounts and twitter right now is at the forefront of this, they're actually a few lawsuits that we'll come to fruition in the next year or so. one of the victims of the paris attacks, her father filed a lawsuit against facebook 10 twitter, and google for utube reasons basically saying they're allowing terrorist activities >> right now the plan is voluntary. if they go through with this, you would have to voluntary provide access. of is this going to do anything? wouldn't it have to be mandatory. >> you'd think so unless they catch someone off guard. but it is a great step in the right direction in trying to get a better understanding of how terrorists are using these social media accounts. >> sounds good. always a pleasure, we appreciate it. we'll speak to you again soon >> thank you so much. >> have a good one. >> great discussion. i do have a shout out as we head on over to weather. this comes to us.

good morning, karen and bill, today is my birthday, can you give a me a shout out? yes, happy birthday, we hope it's fabulous. looks the weather is nice in the poconos mountains. good temperatures pretty much all around. how are the mountain areas going to be. >> great. the mountains will actually really score, you know, trifecta with the weather. concerns at the shore in terms of rain and i'll talk more about that in a second. take notice of the trees. it's a brisk northwest wind coming in 15, 20 miles per hour. that's one big change here. look at this, northwesterly at 14 miles per hour. this is an air mass coming out of canada. so the humidity yesterday that's no more, it's dry conditions for your afternoon today, 70 in town, look at mount pocono. 55 degrees, that is refreshing and here in 70 as you get to the shore points, generally 15 to 20 on average as this cold front is blowing across the region. we are going to introduce again very dry conditions.

people there have been ordered to leave the home. in the midst of one of the busiest summer weekends down the shore, more problems, like they needed it for atlantic city. >> not unexpected. casino workers just wanted the casinos right now, the trump taj mahal are on strike on this very busy weekend. let's get out to jenny joyce. what this all means. >> reporter: good morning, last update we got was about 10:00 last night. clearly the strike is still going on at the trump taj mahal. negotiations have been acted but a contract agreement has not been reached and workers remain on strike. as a result nearly 1,000 cooksings housekeepers and servers from the trump taj mahal have walked off the job. they went on strike at 6:00 a.m. yesterday. steve keeley was there. he was talking to people who had rooms booked for a long holiday weekend.
