taxpayer. their bonds that will be issued and paid back by an interest in the bond rules the sales tax generated from all the shops in the mall, instead of going to the state of new jersey to do things such as help build roads and schools. it will be going right back to pay the bondholders, making sure sure this thing gets feedback on time. i listen to arguments back-and-forth and then when the vote came down it was short and sweet. >> all in favor say yes. >> afterwards i wanted to talk with some of the commissioner. i talked to michael what, head of the top law firm in new jersey. i asked about the fact that a similar a similar project, the american dream is being built in florida without public assistance. this is what he said. >> i think you should talk with wayne about that. but the state is begun private

in atlantic county. when i spent the day with him he was doing a wage garnishment and eviction. >> this is your final election notice. -- election notice. >> good luck. court court officers have no salary, no flat rate they get pay. they get paid per job. the funds without a partially taken for filing fees that landlords pay with a file a tenant a tenant case. garnishment they see getting 10% of the judgment in that case. so how much money did you make right there in that case? >> that was six hours.

>> he is a been a court officer since 1975. >> i take pride in my job. i've. i've done it for 40 some years. i love it. not for the reasons that you would expect. he views his his role as helping people. helping everyone. >> helping the landlords because they need to have their rent paid so they can keep their house. helping the tenants because they need to move on. help the people collect money because they are entitled to it. >> was the part of the day delivering bank levies to different institutions. garnishments like the one that mary ended up having on her account. >> i'm enforcing the rule of the court. the judge make the decision on it. >> rich has a job to do but one of his most important leaves is that a judgment from the court does not have to be the end. >> will do anything to help them. they can make small payments, they can contact us, we'll work with anybody to get the judgments cleared up. >> it's all part of his job but the self-described, emotional man says he really feels for people. >> i think of the people a lot.
