in deaths. that is seventh nationwide. what people might not realize or care about is that they try to end their own lives tragically is that they are not the only ones involved. when someone attempts suicide by trade there's an engineer who sees the whole thing. >> this really plays out in the symptoms that are similar to posttraumatic stress disorder. a large number of individuals have begun to experience difficulty in relationships, increased substance abuse use. >> again, thinking is the situation was averted by the brave work of new jersey transit. it doesn't always turn out that way as we know it. despite the effort from railroad operators nationwide, these things do still occur, often right in the garden state. >> what strikes me is that humans get pulled into the tracks himself. so the bravery knows no bounds. what i understand as he was working past his shift because they were light staffed at the station.

irreparable harm. i think he has divided the city in an unprecedented manner. >> reverend green leads the congregation of 1500 members and is an activist in the black community in harlem. he said diblasio took advantage of the black vote to get elected. in his out eyes he has done nothing to help lacks. his biggest point of contention is the number of minority and women owned businesses. >> he thinks black people are stupid. he boasts about raising the numbers to 6,100,000. you .1 million. you have $18.3 billion going out and your posting about 6.1 million. >> he says next time around he is willing to consider a republican candidate, hopefully there will be a democrat that steps up to the plate. but no matter what he will not be showing any support for mayor bill diblasio. he hopes the black community follows him along. >> if. >> if you are our friend you're going to pull our friendship. you are going to address this issue beyond stop and frisk.

[inaudible] >> 500,000 new jerseys are said to be covered who otherwise wouldn't. plus christie said overall cost per beneficiary is down as well. decreasing just over 7% to $8940 in 2015. the critics say the cost will rise and liability for taxpayers in the u.s. will rise as well. what's the deal? i asked christie his reaction and here's what he said.

[inaudible] >> the group's name is just one of the special things about them. it stands for helping others now by empowering yourself. when the group started in 2015 we had 30 members are now had 30 members and now up to 90. they are growing. double dutch is the urban sport that was lost in our own community that kept us happy. those friendship bonds from the black association that we once had we did not see it and it also helps with health and fitness. >> watching them practice you can see is not only something special about them.
