they're doing it by growing oysters and toilet bowls. >> there's a little bit more to it area and they are using oysters to buy the water in new york harbor. they are growing them on old, ceramic toilet bowls. let me tell you more about that next time. right now, they have to raise money in order to do this program. i went to on a yacht for their largest charity event, a charity regatta. >> new york harbor regatta is the biggest regatta and it raises money for two really exciting marine restoration and education programs. the first is the urban assembly school and the second is the oyster project. that's run by the harbor foundation. >> there 26 it boats out there feeling on the high seas but it was really just new york harbor. since i don't know anything about sailing i need to talk to a professional.
