value. then that went away. she said she was not happy with that offer, she could take it up with her insurance company. >> your insurance company told you that your rates may go up and might not be worth it. >> might not be able to get what my car is worth out of it. all i want winter ford to fix it that. >> they have admitted to the fault. they said they filed a claim with the insurance company within an hour of the incident. she was left in the dark for a week and didn't get a claims number until i escorted her and she got the claim number that way. mary ellen believes that winter ford will have an offer by friday so we will have update but i was directed to a lengthy comment post on facebook page, we are optimistic there will be a positive resolution for customer, winter ford put paniko
