part of the regular commute make sure you grab extra dollars. 6% toll increase for cash and e-zpass customers went into effect this morning and money being used for road maintenance and improvements along the turnpike and other transportation needs. >> next developing a man charged in death of 14-year-old girl montgomery girl found dismembered halloween. jacob sul vain charged with homicide, rain, kidnapping and related offenses of grace packer. sullivan planned to kill her with help of girl's mother sarah packer. she was named a person of interest in the case last month and charged with child endangerment and obstruction. da says investigation continues into the mother. charges could be upgraded for her. grace packer's remains were found by hunters more than two months after her mother reported her missing. authorities have officially filed charges as they continue to search for motive behind a deadly shooting at a ft.
