philly was captured by an in-store security camera thursday. please are asking to watch the video and if you have information call the philadelphia police. >> the feds are back in ocean county. in december we brought you the story of a federal investigation of george gilmore. the feds were targeting part of what the attorney called a tax investigation. over the last last 36 hours as investigation has widened dramatically. has at least eight towns, minutes of polities and government institution be in subpoenas by federal officials that asked for financial records they were sent to towns like atlantic city, lacey township,

jackson township and others. and also on the ocean county where gilmore has many allies. the subpoenas are looking for agreement, solutions, contract contracts and records between those towns and organizations and gilmore and monahan and george gilmer himself going back seven years until 2010. the investigation proves nothing in and of itself. we don't know exactly what the feds have. no charges no charges have been filed against anyone. gilmore's law firm, gilmore and monahan has often relied on municipal work. in in 2015 they earn $2.5 million from 12 legal contracts across new jersey pay for by the tax. pairs. the records are available that show they named 14,500,000 dollars through taxpayer-funded contract.

mandela and i learned he was a gardener. right now does not look like much, just a bunch of rubble and dirt. here is a look at it, at its peak. it at its peak. it is a major grassroots effort from people all over harlem to turn a vacant lot into a wildflower escape. now, this community feels like they were slapped in the face finding out there a newspaper article that the city sold the garden to a developer. >> there are hundreds of other sites where the city could place the development. they don't have to put it on a vacant piece of land. >> it is one of more than a dozen community gardens the city said would be raised to make way for affordable housing. >> we are going to put the dirt back. >> the nelson mandela community guard posted a petition and the man who oversees the garden says it's a breath of fresh air for the community and a learning resource for the children.
