day. >> the time was approximately 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon. i had a phone call from my son, informing me that he had been shot five times and that he was taken to the hospital and he was pronounced dead. >> prior to that he did two years in federal prison. in 2003 he change his life around and he got into his face and he built a relationship with his son. he wanted to teach his son to be a better man. so he is keeping it strong, his fate is keeping him alive. >> it is easy to go out and find who did it. and also wreak havoc. but it does not bring my son
