alleged movements before and after the fatal carjacking. henry was seen on surveillance cameras buying liquor both before and after carjacking at short hills. his lawyer has said that he has an alternate theory of the case but declined to go into specifics. police appeared to have a lot of evidence the prosecutors appear confident that this trial, the first of four, will be successful. what evidence do they have time henry himself to the alleged trigger man? the man who ultimately ended dustin's life? some evidence they showed today taking out close, cell phones and watches from the bags that have been stored in for years as a crime scene investigator testified. the trial is expected to go into next week and perhaps longer. during that time, prosecutors will answer questions like how they tracked the car after it was stolen, and how they came to arrest henry at a motel.
