that forecast now, talk about more rain in the seven-day forecast, and what to expect as far as temperatures with that april outlook. back over to you. >> thank you so much. a man in the hospital this morning, a row home collapses in southwest philadelphia, jennifer joyce live from the scene with more on exactly what happened, jenny. >> reporter: good morning, lauren and this is a right now collapse, take a look behind me here, reduced to rubble. a 59-year-old man was taken away on a stretcher fire officials say his injuries are not life-threatening. the building collapsed around 2:45 this morning here on the 6100 block of yocum street in southwest philadelphia. fire officials say it took a little bit of time for rescue t in the rubble. he was rescued. neighbors say the home is abandoned. fire officials say the victim is a homeless man seeking shelter.

some of that dustri a car here block. so this collapse happened overnight around 2:45 this morning here on the 6100 block of yokum street. fire officials arrived ready to rescue a man trapped in the rubble. he was rescued from what would have been the lower floor front room of the property. the man is 59 years old and is homeless. seeking shelter here. he was transported in good condition, fire officials explain the rescue process to us, neighbors on the block say it was only a matter of time before the property collapsed. >> this is crazy because i just woke up with all the fire trucks outside and i was like what's going on? when i seen the collapsed unit truck and i look out my back door and i see something was different. i was like, wow, that has collapsed >> digging is a very sensitive prospect. you have to understand our members don't want to cause anymore damage over the
