the first thing you'll notice when you apply the update is at least on some of the phones one gig more space. you may say how is this' snibl well the up state includes a whole new file system from apple called apple file system and what this actually does is replaces first operating system that was out in 1998 which was based off the one originally made in 1985 and secondly there's too many features to go across here and one neat feature if you have apple air pod 10.3 allows you to use find my phone to find these guys if you lose them. guess what they're easy to lose. and last but not least you'll see 3d touch feature works with pod cast and operating system is focused on more security and encryption and that's what apple promised. i don't know if update is right for you but you might want to consider it because it is going to change the way your phone works and from what i've seen for the better. and talk about the update for

>> reporter: good morning, lauren, as you mentioned one person was shot dead hereby multiple gun shots fired from a vehicle who had pulled up next to the victim apparently this happened before 6:00 this morning and driver of a dark gray chrysler was stopped at a red light and someone at a white cadillac pulled up to him and opened fire. they found 7 shell casings on the ground and multiple vehicle holes in the car. the victim attempted to drive off and crashed his car into a fence on the other side of the boulevard. as you can see he was pronounced on scene for a little while this morning some of the lanes of the boulevard were shut down. as you can see, traffic is moving fine now. police are just beginning their investigation. and they're looking for the person driveing a white cadillac that opened fire. no leads as of yet. police say they had no indication that there were any road rage incidents or anything
