so, things looking much improved for power sunday. look at satellite and radar. we still have some thicker clouds down the shore, also as you move toward cape may sussex county looking at a little bit of that green to maybe a sprinkle or two. looks like that rainfall is moving out for now but as we expand the view, look off to the south. yeah, that moisture around sections of kentucky, tennessee, alabama, georgia, and also the carolinas, it is headed back in our direction as we begin monday and also tuesday. so, today we get a little bit of a break loo look at those temperatures t upper 30's in pottstown, 36 right now mount pocono, 47 in dover. mid 40's currently in atlantic city. so, the normal high for this time of year is 66. yesterday only in the upper 50's. today 63 degrees for the afternoon high temperature in philadelphia. upper 40's for tonight. so, across the region, much improved. center city gradual clearing down the shore.

draft. cars will be able to travel at the parkway until monday night at 7 o'clock. that's when it shuts down from 20th street to the art museum. you'll have t to find alternate routes to work through may first. the closure also impacts segments of mlk drive and kelly drive cutting drivers before reaching the parkway. then at midnight, monday into tuesday, the final phase of closures takes effect which impacts 21st through 24th streets in the areas that typically cross over the parkway. they will also be shut down. the safest thing to do is to expect full blown closures in and around the parkway beginning monday through may first. think about previous large scale events on the parkway to help you imagine just how it will look. the pope's visit, july 4th festivities concerts. the only thing is that this series of closures will last an entire week, lauren. >> i think it's all worth it, though. thank you so much jenny. and more traveling changes. this time with septa. the road closures jenny just

the north at about 7 miles per hour. as we take a look at those temperatures, 45 degrees right now atlantic city. we have 45 in millville. upper 30's currently in pottstown. 40 degrees right now as we move toward allentown, 42 degrees in reading. so, look at the satellite and radar and radar. we're watching clearing north and west but we still have some of the thicker clouds parts of south jersey into delaware and look at that green. that is where we're looking at maybe a sprinkle or two but that will be exiting the coast over the next couple of hours. in the meantime as we expand the view, take a look at the moisture off to our south. this is the rain maker for monday into tuesday. so, we're not done with the rainfall just yet. as we go hour by hurricane you cahour, you cansee a mix of suns for today. temperatures respond nicer today into the 60's and then by tonight, yeah, the clouds thicken. watch what happens by tomorrow morning. watching that rainfall move back up from south to west. and we'll continue to find it

happened after the incident. you can clearly see a woman holding a baby and crying. the person who posted this described it by saying that a flight attendant "violently took a stroller from at a lady with her baby hitting her and just missing the baby." the woman you see crying is not the only one upset in this video k at least one other passenger gets up, first to ask for the flight attendant's name and then to confront him. here's how that whole thing went down. the passenger says "hey, bud p-you do that to me and i'll knock you flat." the flight attendant says "you hit me. come on bring it on ." passenger says "you try that, owl knock you out bro' quote. >> the flight attendant says you rat expletive you don't know what the story is. the passenger says i don't care was the story is you almost hurt a baby. american airlines says they're investigating what happened on this flight n a statement they said "we are disappointed by these actions. the american team member has

people. so, the most disruptive phase of closures will begin tomorrow night at 7 o'clock. that's when the parkway shuts down from 20th street to the art museum. you'll have to find alternate routes to work through may first. the closures also impact segments of mlk drive and kelly drive, cutting drivers off before reaching the parkway. then at midnight monday into tuesday the final closures take place which impact 201st through 24th street in the areas that cross over the parkway. they will also be shut down. the safest thing to do is expect full blown closures in and around the parkway beginning monday night through may first. so, think about previous large scale events. to help you imagine how it will look the pope's visit july 4th festivities concerts, the only thing is that this series of closures will last a full week. but i've been running a poll on twitter asking people on twitter whether or not. the majority of voters saying

now to a developing story. philadelphia police breaking up a massive pot party in east frankford. this happening last night. investigators say about 200 people were inside the party smoking and selling marijuana at the time of the raid. the philly smoke session was held inside of a warehouse on the 4500 block of worth street. investigators say the invitations were sent out on instagram. >> everyone was peaceful. no one was giving the cops a hard time. >> a lot of these people here are medical marijuana patients, people that have severe disabilities, crohn's disease, chronic pain, ptsd, a lot of serious issues and these people need medicine. >> police also found guns inside of the warehouse. several arrests were made last night. and a large crowd storming into olde city yesterday afternoon as part of the march for science demonstration t those rallies taking place all across the country in conjunction with earth day. the message was pretty clear. keep politics out of science. their message, yeah, they said

with that. >> it's not natural. >> i told him the same thing and i'm not a cat expert. >> cats have that natural instinct to dig eliminate and then cover because that's wham -- when they cover it keeps the scent away so that predators aren't attracted to the nest. when you train them to use the toilet it's an unnatural behavior they don't get to do that, they have to perch on the toilet seat which may be uncomfortable. you only have one spot for them because usually when you have more than one cat you want to make sure you have more than one litter box. >> jade has her own bathroom. >> yeah she got her own bathroom. >> if jade ever has to go to the veterinarian and stay overnight they're not going to give her a toilet they're going give her a litter box. >> you're right. >> and that can be confusing. then when she comes back home, she has to get retrained. so -- >> we went on vacation. she was okay. she was all right. >> people who are toilet training their cats are calling me so i will be expecting a call from you.

looking pretty good if you're headed to the bank later on for the phils game, we're talking about a mixture of sun and clouds, temperatures by first pitch right around 60 but look at the thicker clouds late tonight and then tomorrow morning look at that green moving up the i-95 corridor, so we are talking about maybe one, perhaps as high as 2-inches of rainfall monday and tuesday with the heaviest that purple color that you see down the shore and parts of delaware. so, a lot of green lawns and happy gardens over the next several days. upper 50's for monday with that rain, 62 on tuesday. then we turn the corner, dry out wednesday, 70 and look at those 80's in the forecast, feeling like summer for the nfl draft. guys, back over to you. >> ♪ >> okay, here's a fun fact in case you didn't know it. the first nfl draft ever was held right here in philadelphia. it was 1936 at the

because the independence beer garden is opening up. michael says hey let's open early because the big crowds are coming in town. jenny joyce is there with a preview of what's to come. hi, jenny. >> reporter: hi, yeah, just chilling in a beer garden on a sunday morning, a morning brew. that's okay, right lauren? yes, they were supposed to open on thursday, the same day as the nfl draft but instead, they decided, hey, why not open on monday so tomorrow at 4 o'clock, one of the most popular beer gardens in philadelphia is opening. joined by derek gregory here. you're the general manager. talk a little bit about what we have obviously we have beer and the beer that i was holding is a specialty here. >> absolutely. so what we have here is we have a couple of our specialty cocktails but we also do a collaboration with yards one of the best brewers here in philadelphia. we do a collaboration with them which is our yards ibg grapefruit pale ail. exclusively here at the beer garden along with the yards brewery right down on delaware avenue. so it's a great hit for us.

it's been a big lit for us from last year and then we also have a couple cocktails that we're offering. our cucumber crush absolutely fantastic. very crisp refreshing easy to drink on a hot summer day. it's a gin cocktail along with some cucumber and then we also have our mojito express our play on a pineapple mojito t it has all your classics of your rum, rum simple syrup and then also a little bit of lime. then we spice it up with that little bit of pineapple juice in there. >> reporter: i can tell you that one is definitely refreshing and also i was looking at the menu lauren before coming out here today and it has expanded so we have chef jonathan here. jonathan tell us a little bit about the offerings and how you guys came up with all this good stuff. >> well, last year was so successful we kind of took what we had and improved upon it. some of these things are new, some of them are improvements here. the burger here that's a slight change.

these two salads here are now. we have watermelon salad an chef salad and this is another new item here the ibg hoagie and then we have the cheesesteak which we just improved upon and the pickle chips also. kind of took everything that did well and tried to improve upon it. >> reporter: yeah definitely giving people more options much you have such good crowds here every day so you're feeding the people giving them what they want what they need. can you tell us the hours, when people can come here. >> yeah, so we open up this monday at 4:00 p.m. every time after that we're opened every single day at 11:30 a.m. for lunch and then we do our all day menu. we offer lunch and dinner. the bar is opened but most of the time we have such a great crowd that we're opened until 2:00 a.m. every single night. we are open seven days a week. we're really excited. this is year four for us. we can't wait. that's why we wanted to bump the opening up just a little bit. >> reporter: the one thing you can't see is all the games that are happening in the
