times sitting on a front porch with his father. jennifer joyce more at police headquarters. >>reporter: the shooting sparked a massive search both on the ground and in the air last night continuing this morning searching for the suspects as the two year old remains in critical condition at saipt chris toafers hospital. we know that the shooting happened last night around nine #:15 on the 3300 block of malta street in the kensington section. the two year old was sitting on the porch when two guys on bikes approached and shot fire. he's in critical condition. his dad was shot in the knee. the 26 year old is stable at temple university hospital. >> i was enjoying a nice evening when all of a sudden two men come down on bicycles stop in

front of his house and basically gin firing up towards the porch area. they fired off multiple rounds. and police don't have much information about the suspects except what they were wearing. sleeveless red and white shirts with cutoff jeans. also one of the bikes apparently add a wide wheel and colored spokes. if you know anything, if you saw initial of course you're asked to call philadelphia police. >> also developing this morning, a masstive search in the delaware river for a 16 year old who went in for a swim d but didn't resurface. >> boats all scouring the water throughout the night the team went into the river around 10:30 last night with four friends, but officials say he got pulled by the current. the boy's father tells police his son was not a good swimmer. crewses will resume their search this morning.

teeth. when there's no control what happens is these rubber bands -- the best case scenario they'll just look worse or they'll overlap or rotate. so they move at the root where they need them to? a. exactly. that ideally would be the situation, but that rarely happens. that's the best case scenario that there's a cosmetic result that's worse. there's much worse consequences, what can happies the rubberband can slide up under the teeth and under the gums. if that happens they'll strangle the blood vessels and you can cause what's called necrosis or even an infection. when that happens you could lose bone annulus your teeth and that's happened multiple times. besides that another common possibility is that the tooth -- they won't move on the same plane. one tooth might move lower than the other and then you'll be hitting harder on one tooth causing it to chip or possibly even lose a tooth. there's too many bad consequences from h this. >> there's a lot of bad

went in for a swim but never resurfaced. this happened in the city's torresdale section. rescue divers, boats all scouring the river throughout the night. the teen went into the river. i was around 10:30 last night with four of his friends, but officials say he got pulled under by the kurntsz the boy's father tells police his son was in the a good swimmer. crews will resume their search this morning. gunfire rupts in the treats of olney injuring a man in his 20s despite being shot twice in the chest and once in the head. police say the vic tell is expected to survive. the shooting happened at north america and west olney avenue around 26789. forty-five this morning. the shooter is still on the lose. officers do not have any suspects. has been charged in the drug overdose of two queen village residents. it's the first case of its kind filed in philadelphia under new state law. the two died of overdoses in their apartment.
