from cows and pigs, sometimes lamps. she grinds it and then puts it in a pot and liquefies it. >> it is an old way of making candles through animal fat. we found out that fat burn slower so we choose to use it rendered beef fat for candles. now we are using lanolin which is a -- that. >> then we put it into candle jars and talk about being efficient. she turns about 14 pounds it of animal fats every week into soap and candles. >> how to make it appear like normal soap? >> essential oils are sense basically. all it is is rendered fat and scented oil. the soap --

>> everything is all good. >> people cut the site post a video launched social media of a new york city carriage horse that was running from this streets of manhattan. goldie broke free on her way back to the stables. she took off. she ran 11 blocks right to her stable. there is no injury or anything. her owner said she was probably just wanted exercise and to play after slow day at work. >> she wanted to get home. >> check out this explosive video. a normal day and then -- oh my. that is a giant underwater main break. no one was injured. but, a lot of damage down there. i cannot believe that was caught on tape. that is terrifying. >> and awesome looking.

>> wow. ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪'s >> you don't want to see people get hurt. >> i'm back in union beach and we are following adjacent his investigation into off-duty work at a local bar being done by local police officers who may have been on duty. the police chief has announced his retirement. he put in his papers on tuesday and is retiring effective july 1. i cannot find him at the town hall or his house on wednesday. so i decided to talk to the mayor, paul smith to find out what went on. the mayor was not a town hall, he was at home waiting for a repair for his pool but he invited me over. >> i do not want to see me. he's a good man.

on october 29, 2012 him and news him nephew rescue people. they save lives. he's been a good chief, good patrol officer. and i'm sorry to see him leave. >> he was investigated by the prosecutor's office after one of his subordinates complained he was being asked to double-dip. put in for a paid off duty security job while on duty and being paid by the town. prosecutor's office interviewed him but declined to file charges. our investigations into the bar revealed a number of discrepancies. including times when an officer had been paid while [inaudible] shift. the bar's owners talk to us and said they received bills for cops who never showed up and were being expected to pay them anyway. >> with the cameras capturing who was and wasn't outside? >> 100%. >> you still have that footage? >> yes. >> the companies now shut down. >> you don't like putting people's jobs on the line.
