affected him personally. >> we did find through those young men very deep within the ground under an old oil tank those converted into a cooker, about 12 and a half feet down. the slaughtering heat, dust and pour down rain, many of the many see behind me and many of the men and women they represent work tirelessly, nonstop, selflessly, around-the-clock. we had to force them to leave when their shifts were over. they insisted that they be there every step of the way. so these men could be painstakingly and carefully removed from that 12 and half a grave. >> cosmo dinardo confessed late thursday to participating in the murders of all four. his attorney says that he felt remorse for what he had done. the resident agreed to plead guilty to first-degree murder charges in exchange for the death penalty being taken off the table. part of the agreement included

dinardo identifying his co-conspirator not too long after, shawn kratt was arrested in north philadelphia charged with murder. the da says without making a deal with cosmo dinardo there is a good chance they would've never found the body. >> we would still be looking for jimmy patrick have we not made this agreement. i rode there in a car on the same site as the other three men were found, it was so far away that i started getting sick to my stomach on the right. >> the district attorney said they found the other three bodies at a different location. cosmo dinardo pleaded guilty to first-degree murder for all four. the da believed only dinardo killed jimmy patrick was the first to go missing. he said the accomplice for the murders of the other three. >> i'm very relieved to say that we brought four young men, one step closer to their loved ones so they can rest in peace. dean, tom, mark, and jimmy have
