7:35 am
basically has confessed. the question is does he take the road of insanity defense. he can mount that it's a very difficult defense. he definitely has documented mental illness. the question is can he prove that he didn't understand the yiems he was committing, very hard to proof in the state ultimately if he's found guilty of murder, then he till has a second face, the death penalty face if he would have went that way and chances are they would have never given the death people tism that's why i don't understand why he was so quick to cons if. he's implicated his cousin now, 20 year old sean kratz that he had help with the murders. the cousins are blaming each other on who sot 19 year old dean finnocchairo, does that matter since they're both implicated at this point. kratz is trying to create some kind of defense so he can avoid maybe a life sentence. he's saying he didn't have anything to do with the murders. he was obviously involved with this in some degree, but he's trying to
7:36 am
protect himself. he's a very young man, he's only 20 years old. at this point it's going to be very difficult because i think pretty much they both did themselves in. actually dinardo is in a better position because he has the insanity issue. he has the the health issues. ultimately at this point i don't think they're going to go with far with it. you and i were talking, a lot of people are ask ing the parents, their involvement. dinardo admitted that he used his mother's gun in one of the murders or maybe several of them and it's on the parents' property where he buried these bodies. what do you think happens with them, if anything? a. i think there's been a thorough investigation as to the parents dz involvement. the parents are effluent people, very successful. the question is did they have any knowledge of this behavior. did they have any connection? did they have anything to do some somewhat soafer, and i very much doubt it . but they have gotten their own attorney and i don't think at this point you're going to see the parents involved. i think they're cooperating. the interesting thing, this gentleman dinardo all of a ud s sen went on this killing spree.
7:37 am
the question becomes did evolve himself in any other murders in the past and i'm sure the authorities are looking into that because for somebody to just spring into a killing mode kind of makes you wonder if he does this historically because he was well known as a drug dealer in marijuana and also he sold weapons. we'll wait and see. that's what we'll have to do wait and see what happens next. thank you so much. >>jason: my dad taught me to play the piano

my tongue. it got to a point where i did feel section liesed miley decided to reinvent herself because she feels far away from the person she was on her last album. that brings us to this morning's instant reaction pole. should women be able to dress how they please without the fear of being section liesed? we kept doctor did i last i here to talk more about it. i was reading you a quote, beyonce, girls run the world and that was an important thing to say because i think subconsciously we are beaten down to believe that's not true it's no wonder that a lot of people lose their way because people have been telling them who to be. she's now fighting the pressures of society of how to be. >> i think miley cyrus had good insight in that statement. research shows that girls and women from younger and younger are being section liesed. this is what people like. sometimes we fall into that image and then we get criticized for that as
8:41 am
well. it also doesn't necessarily feel comfortable who you are and maybe that's what miley is talking about is that she started off in her career very young. she brought that up ment she said when she was on hannah montana she was wearing full face of makeup and wigs and very adult clothing and nobody was mad at the men or women who was putting her in those clothes back then. >> exactly. i kind of agree with her. that's a problem that we're sending this message young and younger that your worth and where you are important in the world is what you look like in being the most attractive and most fit and being attractive to men and h this certainly has implications for how young women are going to develop. and i think social media doesn't help at all. if you go to the explorer page on social media it's selfies body shots, swim suits, half naikd. >> there's no more like look at my vacation and a scene of you and your family. it's me, me,
