so one thing could change with the way your dr. gets paid. >> there's a new type of office that landed in new jersey. they're turning traditional business upside down. their doctors are paid salary and upper patient. that way they get to spend more time with the patient and less waiting time according. >> welcome, how are you. >> they just opened their first office in hamilton, new jersey. i visited the site and was brought back from a checkup and to talk to the dr., obviously i went for the free checkup. >> we don't have much of a waiting room. >> there waiting time is about five minutes. a traditional office would be 22 minutes. people not waiting as long, more patient focused care and less pressure to see as many patients as possible. speaking of patients, luck would have it that the very first patient that they have had was actually at the office when i was there. her name is tina she's a psych nurse. so so much she knows what she's

alex, new jersey's economy is booming. new unemployment numbers are out from the bureau of labor and new jersey's unemployment rate is stable at 4.1%. a 16 year low. more than new york and pennsylvania, lost in the region. total jobs at 10600 and you. >> manufacturing is up a thousand jobs. >> people are back to work. union halls sit empty with labors on construction sites. the jersey shore is having the best summer since hurricane sandy. rich people's accountants are saying don't move out because the estate tax has been asked. if only the media would report these things governor christie would be more popular than he has. >> people don't know because you guys don't do your job. emphasizing and reemphasizing. >> that's the message chris christie delivered in his signature fashion.

terminal. the senators were here to address the board. i spoke to senator gordon about the bus terminal. >> much of the labor force coming to new york city is coming from new jersey. the major growth in employment and manhattan is likely to be coming from new jersey. those folks are going to need a way to get to work. the bus terminal is just essential to that. >> i asked port authority officials where we stand in terms of getting a new bus terminal. when we think we stand in terms of getting a new bus terminal? what about new york's? >> we have undertaken as we indicated a construction and feasibility in rebuilding the facility on site is one of the options to be considered. we are optimistic the processes on track. >> it changes notoriously slow at the port authority. i am hopeful we will get that bus terminal eventually in a couple of years. there are some new members of the port authority board that started today.
