hour if he's involved in the shootings. no one is charged at this time. now to philadelphia, two shootings in the city overnight. one happened along the 5100 block north 8th olney around 1:30 this morning a 2 23-year-old man was shot in the hip and in critical condition. no word on suspects. the other shooting happened around the same time near the intersection of 13 and rus russcomb street the victim is a man shot in the chests and left leg. he's reportedly in stable condition and not cooperating with police in their investigation. now to developing story police in delaware county need help finding this man. they say he shot three people. two of the shooting victims died including 16-year-old. shooter on the loose this morning. fox 29 jennifer joyce is live in darby with the details. hi, jennie. >> good morning, lauren this community will feet better when this person is in custody. let's show that again this is surveillance image of the man

police are looking for. this came from nearby restaurant. if you know him give police a call. he is responsible for taking two lives friday night and injuring a third person. investigators say the man pulled out a gun and started shooting after two groups of teens and yawning dults got into a fight in the area of fourth and walnut in cowin. one group was local and the other was from southwest philadelphia. it's unclear what the fight was about. the shooter fired 10 thoughts. when it was offer a 6-year-old and 20-year-old were dead and 15-year-old is recovering from his injuries. one neighbor tells us she tried to help the victims and another says she's encouraging peace in the neighborhood after a violent disheartening weekend. >> the guy was over there laying on the ground dead. i kneeled down and started praying for him. >> it looked like the kids would fight and this one boy came up and just took a gun out and started shooting. >> stay safe.

a deadly shooting. he shot three people and two died. jennie is live with the details. >> lauren, yes, it's been a day and a half since this happened and the man is not in custody. police did release a surveillance image. they want to you take a look at this man and see if you recognize him. do you know who he is? do you think you might see him around town? give police a call. investigators want to hear from you. so this man is responsible for taking two lives friday night and injuring a third person. investigators say he pulled out a gun and started shooting after two groups of teens and young adults got into a fight in the area of 4th and walnut in cowin. according to neighbors one group was local and other one from southwest philadelphia. it's unclear what the fight was about. police say the shooter fired as many as ten shots. when it was over, two people, 16-year-old and 20-year-old were dead. a 15-year-old is recovering from his injuries. so the names of victims have not yet been released.

>> i think it's true. it's expansion of where they're going in the investigation. and remember, what a grand jury can do is they can surprise and they can put witnesses under oath. so now, just instead of it being talk they're putting witnesses under oath and going to be subject to perjury. this is definitely expansion of investigation and we'll find out as the weeks pour on as to where the investigation is going. >> and from your legal perspective a lot of former federal prosecutors were speaking out of course about it. how much should we read into it? >> i think we should read into it a lot. it's definitely expansion. now, you know they can surprise any documents they want. and they can put witnesses under oath and once that happens then they'll compare one person's testimony to another person's testimony and that's where there could be possible indictments and criminal charges as we move forward. >> you're thinking it's not a fishing expedition to see what's out there or not. you think they're going after very specific things. >> i think muller has an idea of where he wants to go and

that's why he empanelled this grand jury. we'll get some clue as to witnesses that they put under -- that the documents they surprise and also the witnesses they put under oath. right now, they're going to be looking into that june 2016 meeting with don jr.. they'll be surprising documents and also be calling witnesses to put them under oath it will be interesting to see what kolz of that part of the investigation. >> and let's talk about jeff sessions friday. he vowed to sort of chase down government leakers and he was pressuring reporters talking to people and making strong threats about what will happen going forward what that goes on. your thoughts on that? it's kind of interesting disstivrption here between classified information and unclassified information. if it's classified information that leaked you can go to jail for that. that's a federal offense. that's a criminal act and you can definitely serve time in jail. if it's unclassified and we talk about unclass fitd that would be like a rumor or things going on in the room

and these are things the president doesn't like to get out. but it's not criminal. and the fact that it is leaked to a reporter it's -- there's nothing to you know be charged for something like that. that's never going to stop. but the real emphasis here is to stop classified information from being leaked to the public. >> so they don't like the culture of the leaks coming out but you're saying some things coming out are not necessarily criminal in nature it's something the president does or does not like. >> that's exactly right. most of the things coming out are not criminal in nature the fact there was dinner meeting with president trump and other people white house was annoyed that came out. that's not criminal at all. they might have to keep a fighter grip on what information is revealed by the people that are within the whitehouse. but there won't be any criminal charges with regard to unclassified information. >> so do you find it strange, kim, he announced sessions announced there is like a new counter intelligence unit by the fbi to look into these leaks.
