way? we heard story after story about the tensions escalating. right now, north korea has threatened to launch for missiles that would strike land 25 miles from our u.s. territory and kuan. that's 25 miles from a naval base and potentially injuring people. the president is camped out in new jersey same were going to be tough. so tough, talking about firing. as a response to this rogue dictator. the question is, how does this impact us here in the garden state? in new york city? fox news put out a show that put out an icbm and an intelligent saying that north koreans have developed and are ready to deploy. it could reach new york city from north korea and 39 minutes. what would we do if we heard

them in china are pretty close. i've been on the border north korea and south korea, i have dealt with the mindset. i've also been to warm in the bush administration. it is not far from gone. now, i believe it in my heart that the north korean leadership will do it. >> what about the next step? to hit a landmass 25 miles from u.s. territories one thing, to send an icbm to new york city is quite another. >> i just think they want to hit somewhere on the u.s. oil and that is the first step. and they will hit another area. i believe the president is on the right track. >> you served under president bush, remind some of us of the bush doctrine, the idea of unilateral united states action. some might say that why would we weigh? we have a date, we have a location, and we have the knowledge of the action they're going to take.

it's not like they're hiding this from us. what about the first strike on part of the u.s.? >> we must be proactive instead of reactive. during the bush administration we were very reactive. we are waiting to get hit. we're still waiting to get hit. even with this administration, gutter back, i think these concerns are kids, your kids, the lives of americans. we cannot take a concern or threat. >> to think our president is doing this for posturing? do you think now in the planning rooms they're talking about how do we hit them? ottawa stop this? it would seem to me that given the rhetoric we have heard and given the real and present danger, the lesson you would want is to have these missiles launched on august 25. >> if i know anything about this president of what he has done so far, i think is going to take action. he took action in syria. i was going to say a few seconds go, i'm in israeli by birth. live through the civil war. i can tell you is in a writ as is really mindset we don't way for you to hit us. were going to have a missile with your name on it. i think the u.s. needs to do the

turnover. when you're dating may be split dinner, you're married, you take a vacation to tahiti because you don't the cost of turnover. >> i could do a whole segment and i asked jeanette if it's okay to split dinner, we could go down a rabbit hole. let's go back to the wedding. $20000? they must have crunched the numbers. >> there smart company. they figured out to keep their employees happy, they should make them happy and not have to pay for training new employees. so, less turnover gives them a competitive advantage. companies all over the state are trying to do how to keep good employees. how to recruit the best and brightest. >> is is a millennial generation who goes through job to job. the don't settle on any one thing, career to career, three or four different careers in a lifetime. is this a throwback to the 40s and 50s where someone might start staying not at a company long-term? >> maybe it is. as a guy engaged, then asked

this company if they need in-house counsel. this is an issue near and dear to her heart. generosity is good business. that only does this company have great novel ideas, but new jersey government should take a look at what the company is doing and say hey, let's make it easy for businesses to attract excellent employees. >> it's a creative ideas. you hear about google have a nap odds and others having flex time. it makes economic sense to allow players to have the flexibility to do these interesting benefits. >> i want to have a balance the difference? one is getting married its $20000, does everybody get the same amount? at some point at the end of the conversation, you're going to create tension between employees? >> that's way keep the salary secret the same. not everybody's getting paid the same amount. >> there's tuition reimbursement, a lot of creative ways to structure benefits. >> i wonder if that couple who pays for the wedding will they

this is the last month to put your tent up. 2017 at the jersey shore, will this be remembered as a summer that beach spreading went too far? you know beach spreading, that some people, take up huge amounts of space on the beach, often with tents and canopies. you say that more and more over the past ten years. after seeing scenes like this, belmar has introduced an ordinance that would ban tents and canopies on the beach starting in 2018. >> over the past three years we've seen an increase in these large tents on the beach at belmar. it's more appropriate for a campground or backyard barbecue or tailgating. but they're not really appropriate for the beach. we want to keep a more traditional beach umbrella. >> you there are other beaches where the tents work on that aren't as crowded. for example island beach state park, you could drive your car on the beach. same thing with a ten. it really starts to crowd out.

we've her from lifeguards that there's a concern regarding public safety with their large tents it abstracts the view of potential swimmer in distress. >> i've only seen one tent on the beach today. it gets worse on the weekends. people come setting up huge tents with spread some big chairs and tables. if you want to be in your living room, why not stay in your living her. on the other hand, how much longer can the list of banned things on new jersey beaches get? >> and they have a ridiculous number of rules. no pets, no smoking, no booze, no skateboard, no scooter, no bicycle, no rollerblade, no segue. all these rules of the new temp and are people with no consideration just being up noxious and rain in it for everyone else. this is where enforcement will get tricky. i don't call that a tent.
