but the make and model still unclear at this point, philadelphia's special victims unit says there were six reported incidents between last friday and tuesday of this week, all of them involving girls believed to be ten years old, who were outside on school property or walking to school. mostly in the frankford section of the city. the victims tell police the man offers them money or they notice him recording video. in one case, a girl said she was asked to get inside the car as the man got out and started unzipping his pants. >> i don't even understand what's going on, it's so close to home. i don't even know what to think right now. police are working on a sketch and investigators are still looking at surveillance cameras from that area. happening today, marine charity run in seaside prompting tight security. runners were disrupted last year by a pipe bomb alongside the
