they capped it at 2% and ranged more than two percent. on average, they are going up two and a half percent. >> you have some exceptions to the law. right. 4:00. >> you can have a natural disaster. well, you got to spend money beyond that. it is a tough issue for every level of p.o. so you got a 2% cap on how you can increase if you can increase the property tax but you also, if you have a two percent arbitration, it keeps them within the framework and helps you stay within the budget. in new jersey, we had some layoffs. and tough on urban towns in particular. so you know, the governor, everybody else, the legislature is going to have a very, very deliberate discussion on that. >> le, earth way. can see this happening. a earth way they should not be able to balance theget. nears sure. >> always good he sue guys. >> thank you: thank you.
