only in new jersey. did you know new jersey is the only state in the country where it is illegal to sell home baked goods? it was illegal in wisconsin but the judge threw it out. now there's a lawsuit. a couple of months and hold on a minute. we want the right to sell our baked goods that we make in our kitchen. >> heather franklin, new jersey wants to bake her cake and sell them to. the only problem is, selling baked goods made in your home kitchen is currently illegal. lester, heather and others in the new jersey home bakers cessation filed a lawsuit against the state trying to get that rule reversed. >> right now the single mom raising the sun. i work full-time. i need the extra income. i havell that i cannot use to my benefit. >> right now new jersey is the only state in the country that
