more important thing is how it makes people feel, how businesses feel, you already see when you have a change in heart how you feel stocks rise and economy grows. before trump is an office economy grew a lesson 2% per year for ten years. suddenly, where having a 50% higher growth than before. is 3% higher. that will build. >> how does this impact the little guy. some say between 40 and 75000 of income being cut up to 37% that will be seen almost immediately when the withholding roles change. how is there such a gap between the favorability opinion of the president and what could be a windfall of income?

there's a lot to the story as far as a tension between the mayor's office in the nypd. for the full story will bring in john,. >> it was a testy rebuke from the judge reminded me of my time in the courtroom when the judge basically said good riddance. a similar scene today in queens. demetrius was called a coward by the judge. he said get him out of my courtroom as a judge sentenced him to life in prison. and dozens of police officers were pleased with the sentence. outside they had some pretty harsh words and also still some tension with the bill de blasio. >> mayor diblasio was not there today.

he was traveling in iowa today. the nypd knew it. >> the mayor's back in iowa perhaps testing the water for 2020 run. he says no but they sent about a dozen representatives to iowa to take along with the mayor and remind iowans about the mayor's pass. the upset o over contract negotiations and said the mayor's anti- worker and antiunion. in this contract is in mediation once again. want to make sure the people of iowa know that this mayor says one thing and ask in a different way. the mayor said there welcome to join him in iowa. and he wish them safe travels. >> is more than just contract?

seems every time's there's an incident with the police officer, the mayor takes emotional side against the con to the point you had cops turning their back to the mayor during the funeral after two officers were assassinated. sounds like it runs deeper than contract. >> this started in the summer of 2014. then form of policing and the mayor invited all sharpton safe?

>> to put in layman's terms, their sensors along the right-of-way and in the train, there's a program that says if you at this but you should be doing 30 miles an hour's and if you train is moving faster it will provide the breaks. >> to think people's lives are at risk right now? >> i think we are put in people's lives at risk by not having this train control. >> thank you. let's bring back the panel. on to that, to me this conversation shifts a starter with the president tweeting about infrastructure after this crash. there's a difference between a high-speed train and a rail infrastructure that can hold it.

>> live from center city in philadelphia this is fox 29 news at 11:00. we begin with breaking news out of philadelphia's grays ferry much police say someone shot 17-year-old boy in the head inside the twin dragon restaurant played out at just about 9:15 tonight on dickinson street. now we have new information where police say that people inside that restaurant even tried pushing door shut so the shooter couldn't get inside which is when they say he fired and bullet went through the glass door and hit a teen in the head. that teen is at penn presbyterian medical center in critical condition. no arrests as of yet. police say surveillance cameras inside and outside that take out will help in the investigation.
